Hi, guys! I'm not sure how many of you are on Tumblr or Twitter, but I thought I'd drop a post here to make sure you're aware that PhandomGives is doing our ! We've been doing these since 2018 for each of their birthdays. As of when I'm posting this, the Phil fundraiser for this year is at £4,665 - so close to our next goal of £5,000!

A few fun things happening alongside the fundraiser:

• There are also prizes (including video shout outs from Phil and merch from IRL Digital) that you can be entered to win for donating, you can read more about that on the .

• We also have a that you can enter if you've donated.

• There will be a starting Saturday the 27th and going through Sunday the 28th where we'll give away more prizes and encourage donations while watching 37 hours of Phil videos!

All money raised goes directly to a charity that Phil has worked with before, AKT. They started in Manchester, and provide vital services to LGBTQ+ youth in England. At the moment their focused is on helping to get queer young people off of the streets during the winter months.

I sent Phil an email on Tuesday with my resume and my work. On May 31st he said that he'd be closing the email in two weeks (so the 14th). I keep anxiously checking twitter and my email now lol.

Have any of you also applied? When do you think we'll hear back?

I really want them to play Amanda the Adventurer after seeing them play Poppy Playtime! I also wish they could play Don’t Scream again and try to beat it. Also Chilla’s Arts games! (Can you tell I like horror) and charades but this time DNP lore, but what do yall really want to see them play?

Hello all! Just a heads up, in , he mentioned that he’ll be uploading some new things to his side channel, but will also be unlisting most of the videos since he says it “messes up the algorithm.” So if in the future you’ll be searching for a vid from that channel, it might not show up.

On the bright side he’s just unlisting them and not privating. So you can still watch them if you have the links or if you put them in a playlist.

Edited to add that there are a lot of vids on that channel that are classics imo. Early Phil mail openings, Phil pranking Dan with spicy gummy bears, the praying mantis video, early dnp playing video games, 2019 liveshows. So it’s best to keep a reference of all these!

I’ve noticed that Dan is always the one handling the actual gameplay unless it’s a dual player game or they make a moment to give Phil the control.

I wonder if Phil is just more interested in experiencing the game than being the one to press the buttons, which me too bud. Or if it’s like in Dan’s computer so he just defaults to the controller. Or if they just find it easier to have a default controller in general and Dan has ended up being that person.

This is kind of a random post but it just occured to me that this is kind of weird.

Not once have I seen someone refer to them as Phil and Dan, it's always been Dan and Phil for as long as they've been on the internet as a duo.

You could say it's because of the Gaming Channel being called "Dan and Phil Games" and not "Phil and Dan Games" but this phenomenon predates the gaming channel.

I only ever think about them as Dan and Phil even in my own head. Phil and Dan feels weird. It's unimaginable. My mouth doesn't wanna say it that way. Curious.

Any armchair or real linguists slash Dan and Phil (Phil and Dan) historian out there who want to explain?

This subreddit keeps getting recommended to me despite the fact that I’ve never heard of Dan and Phil, so…. ask me anything and I’ll pretend like I know what I’m talking about. (Got this idea from someone who did it on the Danny Gonzalez subreddit.)

I was rewatching D&P reacting to PINOF and I realized I’ve learned a ton of words from watching them over the years, like “glabella”, “weenus”, “onomatopoeia” and a bunch of dirty words lol.

I’m not native English so they really bettered and influenced my English vocabulary and I even had a cringe phase in my life where I spoke with a British accent 🙃 I actually learnt the word “cringe” from them too xD anyways what words have you learnt from them?
