Adam Pearce deserves more respect for being the most professional on-air authority figure in years.

Pearce has consistently demonstrated fairness, professionalism and impeccable leadership skills since being thrust into his role, which includes managing both Raw and Smackdown concurrently. In past commissioners/GMs, bias, ego and cronyism have been rampant, yet under Pearce these issues have given way to, in my opinion, the most successful on-air management regime since the era of Gorilla Monsoon and Jack Tunney in the face of high profile insubordination from the likes of Roman Reigns and Ronda Rousey.

The world needs more leaders like Adam Pearce. Scrap Daddy deserves his flowers.

Adam Pearce on X "If you identify yourself as a fan of what we do, yet post for someone to be fired, you’re absolutely not a fan. You’re a terrible human being. Be better."

Adam Pearce taking charge!

In the past as an authority figure, Adam Pearce has just been there, mostly backstage. But ever since taking over as Raw GM, Adam has taken charge like never seen before. From ejecting wrestlers from the building in an attempt to prevent interference, to disqualifying Xia Li from the battle royal for kicking Becky in the head, to rushing out with security to prevent brawls and beatdowns from getting out of control. I'm liking the new Law and Order Pearce.
