The New York Post is a tabloid that should not to be taken seriously and I just looked at the CNN article and nowhere does it say anything about any real collusion? In fact, the conclusion reached by the article would seem to be that it's a small number of employees that make these decisions. Seems like (at worst) the government briefed Twitter that this shit was about to happen, (as they should regardless because it's important information for them to know) and they did with that what they felt best according to the TOS.

If I'm just misreading it I'd love to see a quote from that article, but from what I read I don't see how that helps your argument.
