I honestly think Alexa Nikolas is an evil person.

she consistently inserts herself into everyone else’s trauma and feels the need to be the overarching narrator. I can’t imagine seeing somebody share their story of abuse and respond with, “Let me make a 45+ minute video in which I discuss it in depth and give my perspective on their pain.”

Her entire YouTube feed is, “This actor was abused—I’m gonna talk about it for an hour and a half using clickbait titles. Several former actors appear on Quiet on Set to share their stories—listen to me share my perspectives on their situations.”

To be blunt, the only thing this woman cares about is herself and trying to climb back into relevancy while selling her god awful merch. 45 dollars for a Zoey 101 ripoff shirt is hilarious. we get it, you were bullied on Zoey 101 by fellow 12 year old actors. you would have never survived real highschool. classic tale of a child actor who fell off and is doing whatever they can to recapture that relevancy under the guise of "awareness". except that "awareness" is completely self serving, phony, and exploitive.

not to mention, her entire energy is just dark and malevolent. awful spokesperson for what should be a good cause.

Alexa Nikolas needs intense therapy

Alexa Nikolas needs intense and extensive therapy. I really hope she gets the help she needs and I am rooting for her. While there will never be a “perfect victim”, I think one can both feel sympathy for Alexa Nikolas and the trauma she has endured, while also thinking something is very very off about her.

Theres a lot of things that rub me the wrong way in regard to how Alexa exploits the trauma of others. I find it incredibly weird how shes making YouTube videos titled “Josh Peck Breaks Silence About 'Quiet On Set' and DRAKE BELL” , offering her commentary while this topic is so “hot” post documentary. Feels very “highschool”, self serving, and icky. Let’s let these people heal and not compound the pain via public scrutiny via clickbait YouTube videos. Do you think any of these people whether its drake bell or josh peck want this? No they dont. She also made a video titled “PHOBE BRRIDGERS Calls Out Ex #grammys President NEIL PORTNOW “. First of all, it would be nice to spell the victims name right. It’s Phoebe Bridgers. Secondly, I dont think Phoebe Bridgers would appreciate you talking about her trauma in a YouTube video accompanied by hashtags and doing so while misspelling her name. Also feel it’s kinda gross how Alexa has priority replies (on YouTube) that are hidden behind a paywall/membership subscription. And the grossest thing of all might be how shes CONSTANTLY pushing her insanely overpriced merch while doing all of this.

Prior to the documentary coming out, she was getting less than 1k views on her videos. That has now skyrocketed to 70k per video post doc and she is upping her output. It’s clear she is Milking the shit out of this and it feels very disingenuous. Also weird how she created a priority comment on HassanAbi’s livestream in order to garner more eyes to her page.

Like I said, this post isnt about discounting her trauma. I feel bad for her. I just think she hasn't healed properly, needs a lot of help and is very unwell. One can be an abuse victim while also being a narcissist.

Alexa Nikolas T-shirt Backlash

This article has been brought to our attention. It is addressing the fact that Alexa is receiving criticism for making merch after Quiet on Set because it's perceived as her profiting off the victims.

https://www.buzzfeed.com/natashajokic1/quiet-on-set-alexa-nikolas-shirt-criticism?ref=bfbiobuzzfeed&utm_campaign=bfbiobuzzfeed&utm_source=buzzfeed.bio&p_id=158948

The mod team will be closely monitoring the comments because we understand this may generate some strong feelings, and we ask all who engage to remember our etiquette rules.

We also want to reinforce that we support ALL victims of CSA.

i am so surprised that they didn’t bring up alexa’s eat predators campaign. she has been speaking out for years, picketing outside of nickelodeon, sharing others experiences with her own, etc. she also has so many more experiences from set (i assume they were not included in the doc because they didn’t include dan all the time and it wasn’t necessarily sexual, mainly a lot of verbal abuse and bullying) that are absolutely abhorrent. her work is so inspiring and she has created an incredible platform that i recommend you all follow/support!! her channel on youtube is called eat predators (as well as the instagram account) and her main account is @ matchthesource on instagram.
