Hi everyone! I wanted to share with you all a livestream I've been watching for several months now. In Oceanside, CA (near San Diego), there is a little hummingbird (Olive) who is the star of a 24/7 YouTube livestream. Apparently, the local Allen's there don't migrate. She's been using someone's back porch ficus tree for a couple of years now and reusing it for multiple clutches. The owner of the ficus has been so kind to share this experience by livestreaming her for at least a year now. She's identifiable because of a single white feather on her head.

This sub will follow the daily life of a hummingbird mom and her two newborn chicks. It’ll last until mom and chicks leave the nest. We hope she’ll be back next season to do it all over again and we’ll be sure to document it if she returns. All hummingbird nest cam footage is welcome.
