I’m currently looking for apartments to rent in AV and I came across a few “luxury” 1-bedrooms that range from 2400-2600. They are all pet friendly (I have a dog with me) and have amenities such as a fitness center and pool. I know south OC is very expensive but is 2400 a decent rate or should I be looking for something cheaper in AV?

New episode tonight covers the 2018 day spa bombing in Aliso Viejo. Wild and sad story. The bomber was sentenced last month to life in prison. I wasn't living in OC when the explosion happened. Does anyone remember the news coverage of this back then?

Yet again forced to move a great car show, many great cars showed up to mark the end of the location, including: three Porsche 918s, 2 Ferrari LaFerarris as well as much more! The cops said that people can park today but if they show up next week cars will be impounded.

Hi everyone, I'm looking for some information and resources if possible. I am in an apartment complex and the owner just sold the property a few months ago. My lease is up for renewal and the rent was raised by 10%. They also added a pet rent of $50 per pet that we have never been charged before. We have 3 pets so an additional $150 per month on top of the other increase. I am wondering if this is legal because as far as I know, rent increases are capped at 10%. It is pet rent though, and I am not able to find a lot of information on if that is separate from the other rent. The 10% increase was already going to be a bit tough to cover, but it would be doable, however, with the remaining monthly increase we may have to look into moving. I am hoping you all might be able to give me some information on the lagality of this as well as some resources I can read to familiarize myself more and maybe even something I can refrence when speaking with the new management. I appreciate any help! Thanks in advance ☺️

Particularly just overall styling, fades, etc. I don’t really care about price either as long as it’s not anything insane.

On random nights like tonight, I hear a man yelling. He sounds pretty far away and I can’t make out what he is saying, but sometimes he’s screaming so loud it wakes me (I’m a light sleeper). The yells sometimes sound like he is distressed and I’ve contacted authorities before but they said they didn’t hear/find anything. This has been going on for months on random nights. Am I I the only one hearing this guy?
