AMD Radeon RX 6650 XT, 6750 XT, 6950 XT Meta Review

The benchmark selection for this meta review is significantly smaller, since the highest possible accuracy is important in view of the small differences on these cards. This cannot be achieved by comparing a manufacturer model of the 6950XT with a reference model of the 6900XT. Thus, you only get distorted results about the performance difference of this graphics card.

Ultimately, there are only two ways to do this correctly: A comparison purely with reference cards (TechPowerUp). Or a comparison on simulated reference cards (ComputerBase, PC Games Hardware, Quasarzone, TechSpot). Igor's Lab have tried a third way: A comparison of consistently factory-overclocked models from the same manufacturer (MSI). This often delivers similarly good results. However, sometimes the problem arises that the factory overclocking factor is different, which leads to a distortion of the performance difference.

  • compilation of 6 launch reviews with ~1830 gaming benchmarks at all resolutions

  • only benchmarks at real games compiled, not included any 3DMark & Unigine benchmarks

  • geometric mean in all cases

  • standard rasterizer performance without ray-tracing and/or DLSS/FSR

  • stock performance on (usual) reference/FE boards, no overclocking

  • results on factory overclocked cards were marked with an ✲ (all results from Igor's Lab)

  • difference numbers in all cases for the comparison odd/new model (6x00 vs 6x50)

  • for the full results plus some more explanations check 3DCenter's launch analysis

Description of Original Problem: GPU doesn’t work in the top slot PCI-E 16x. When in top slot it works with basic Microsoft VGA drivers but when AMD drivers are installed it gets no signal. Works normally in the 4x slot.

Troubleshooting: I replaced the Mobo, CPU, GPU, and PSU with brand new same parts, but the same thing still happens. I’ve also tested it with each stick of ram individually and with and without the M.2 SSD.
