These Alolan Diglett all have a Jolly nature, 4-5 perfect IVs, and come in a Heavy Ball. They will also have their Hidden Ability as well as 4 egg moves

To participate, all you have to do is search for an online link trade using the details posted above and send me any Pokémon! All I ask is that you don't send

--Eggs (this will save me from needing to hatch eggs)

--Pokémon that evolve via trade (this will allow the giveaway to proceed faster as I won't need to sit through evolution animations)

--Your own A-Diglett (this will help keep me organized)

If you take too long to confirm the trade or attempt to trade me anything listed above when you connect with me, I reserve the right to cancel the trade

I prefer not to do holds, so please do not ask me to hold one for you! Get them now or never!

Side note: It's by no means a requirement to participate, but if you're feeling generous, after receiving one of my A-Diglett, I encourage you to host your own A-Diglett giveaway or trade some to other users in this sub who indicate they are looking for one, as this Pokémon is unobtainable in Scarlet/Violet without transferring it or trading for it, so there are likely many users in this sub who do not have access to it without some kindness from others -- it would make me very happy to see the community spread the love in this way :)

To breed more Alolan Diglett, you must give it an Everstone when breeding it with either a Ditto or another compatible Pokémon

I‘m thinking about if alolan diglett was a spawn in any event during season of ALOLA?! We had 3 months of meowth and several bossted spawns of it but not a single event for Diglett? And I’m not counting Dugtrio as Raid boss for the new event.

It seems that nobody in my community has ever hatched a shiny alolan Diglett or Geodude. In my opinion Alolan Diglett and Geodude are two of the most common species hatching from 7km eggs. So you'd expect more (or the same amount) shiny hatches compared to Alolan Vulpix, Meowth & Sandshrew.

I did some research on the internet and only found proof of a shiny alolan Geodude hatching from a 7km egg about two weeks ago. (). A quick search on Instagram (#shinyalolandiglett & #shinyalolangeodude) only shows a lot of wild catches, not a single hatch. So did someone hatch a shiny alolan Geodude or Diglett lately? Or is Niantic just messing up?
