Sunrise, shadows and fog. Just some aerostat took a photo and it's beautiful. But I very rarely see aerial photos! There are so many landscape photographers, but they all shoot from their perspective. So why isn't aerial photography as popular?

The website for the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC states that drones are prohibited and aerial photos of the house are prohibited.
I understand how a property owner can prohibit drones taking off or landing on their property. But how can they prohibit aerial photos if I take off and land my drone off-property?
