The White Sox have lost 88 games and can only reach 74 wins. The Twins have 75 wins eliminating them from the AL Central and the Rays, Mariners and Blue Jays have 79 wins eliminating them from Wild Card contention.

The Chicago White Sox have clinched the AL Central Division for the first time since 2008!

Their magic number to clinch has fallen to zero with today's win against Cleveland. Also, this marks the first time in franchise history that the White Sox have made the postseason in consecutive years.

Tigers AL Central chances

I’m a White Sox fan but I think the Tigers might win the AL Central this season. If all their young guys take a step forward, and their rotation behind Skubal is decent then i really like their chances of winning it.

I also feel like Jace Jung should be in the Opening Day lineup for the Tigers, and Ty Madden should be in the rotation if they both look good in spring training. There’s not really any reason to keep them down in the minors anymore, call them up and see what they can do….. assuming they don’t look overmatched this Spring.

I also think the Tigers are gonna sign a FA to help fill out that lineup as well. I’ve had these thoughts for a few weeks now and just wanna know what all of my fellow baseball enjoyers think about all of it.
