I just started the game, so apologies if this is a stupid question. It seems like leveling up a power does not affect any of the stats of the power itself. Is leveling up purely a mechanic to allow us to get enough points for prestige classes?

Is there anywhere in the game I can see what things like poise do?

Just recently got the game after loving the demo, and I am having a blast with melee characters. However I can not, for the life of me, make a stand still Priest Torturer build work. Any tips or help? I have no idea what builds work best for torturer or combo well.
Pretty new to the game, this is only my 2nd time beating a run
First was with warrior bleed build which was fun enough but this druid oozemancer opened my eyes to "this game is kinda busted, I love it."
i played so many games thinkin on every sec what items or what skills should i equip reading every stats and stuff to calculate what is best for me and i lost so many many games very poorly but then i said fuck it screw it and went unga bunga mode, i just picked what i thought would be best for me and then i won on the 1st game lol can someone care to explain how did i win what items carried me
Games a little confusing at first, whats meditate do? And is there anywhere in game i could find out?
