I don't think he's going to be in it. But then again if you asked me a couple of weeks before The Marvels released if we'd ever see Beast in the movie, I'd've looked at you like you had five heads. Due to the TVA appearing here it's not completely outlandish to think we might see Loki appear here.

i’d love if they redid the x-men easter egg from the first deadpool movie (where wade accidentally opens the wrong door in the mansion and the fox x-men cast are all standing there confused for a sec) but in the TVA and wade opens the wrong door by mistake and for a second we see loki in his time tree room and he looks up right before wade shuts the door like “tf are you doing in here?”

Isn’t that from the second deadpool movie? After wade tries to unalive himself several times and he doesn’t even see them, just argues with colossus outside the room while beast slowly shuts the door

The only references in the first movie were the x jet and wade asking colossus “stewart or mcavoy” after being told he’s being taken to see the professor

True but it doesn’t seem the be the same branch of the TVA, it’s a neat way to include the concept of a unit that’s capable of traversing the multiverse without making viewers feel they are required to watch a tv series to fully understand everything.

I feel like including Loki will just create more confusion than anything else, especially when there’s already a ton of stuff happening in the movie with Wolverine alone.

True though if it’s clear there’s content available that explains the presence of a character then it gives them “homework” and that puts a lot of folk off watching.

The TVA is a big place so I can see them never running into Mobius or Loki (they were busy! And also considering how the show ended) But on the flipside, it would be weird to have the TVA and we don't see him. If he wasn't in it he'd just say so

I think he just wants people to remained surprised and open minded. Leaks are common and often people know who will appear before they do, but your example is a good one since no one did

But still, I think he wants everyone to enjoy the movie and be surprised and open minded headed into it. I doubt he will be in but if he is that’s cool

Feel the exact same way - think it's obviously a possibility but it would be in a very brief cameo or end credit scene. Tom knows that the only true way answer anything Marvel related is to just say "I don't know" or "I can't say."

    If anything, Marvel might've already shot a scene for Loki in Deadpool 3 during the filming of Loki S2. It would then make sense why he doesn't know anything about it and is being formal. My theory is that he probably shot a scene for Loki S2 but it wasn't actually featured in the show, because they were planning to show it in a future Marvel project as a small cameo, which very well could be Deadpool 3.

    If they did film it they did it during Loki and didn't tell him. Thats what happened with Brie Larson, they filmed a bunch of scenes and she had no idea where it went, some went to Cpt Marvel, some IW and some EG

    Loki S2’s ending was one of the best moments of the MCU. Don’t ruin it.

    Yep, actors aren't allowed to disclose if they're in a movie when it comes to this kind of situation (such as Andrew Garfield denying being in No Way Home). Even if the fans know a character is in the movie, actors are still under contract so they can't directly confirm it.

    Aren't actors with multi-project contracts also not allowed to outright deny that they are in a project? I think it could be interpreted that way as well. Like, "I'm not in the movie, but I'm not sure I can confirm I'm not in the movie because Feige wants to keep as much as possible secret to keep people guessing".

    Like they did for Gwyneth Paltrow.

    She's in the end of Spider-Man Homecoming for like 5 minutes.

    But when she was asked about working on a Spider-Man movie, she said she never did a Spider-Man movie. She doesn't share a scene with him and it's just her, Tony and Happy in the room for a moment. So, as far as she knew, she was just doing a pickup scene with RDJ and Jon Favreau.

    Hiddleston has been in the MCU spotlight for over a decade - he knows every word will be taken as confirmation one way or another. This is a great fence sitting option to not get anyone’s hopes up (or down)

    Sounds exactly what an actor would say who isn’t in it so isn’t under any NDA would say but that knows how protective the studio is and knows the studio wouldn’t want him denying it so he hedges his answer.

    And of course Tom is smart enough to know that’s how he would play it if he wasn’t in it, so if he actually is in it it’s exactly what he knows he should say.

    I think a few Marvel actors said that. I think they just film stuff when they have a chance and use it for future post credit scenes or to connect movies to each other.

    Common rule of thumb, don’t trust IMDb before or during the release of a movie. It can be very inaccurate on who is actually gonna be in the movie. On that note though, it’s very much possible that he is actually in it to some extent. Obviously these actors aren’t allowed to disclose this stuff.
