Out of all the horrendous things that happened in that finale, one thing that has really stuck with me has been the tense conversation Ariana had with production. She is approached, ambushed by the Worm, and when she walks away, she is further pushed to stay . She calmly (way more calmly than I ever could’ve) stated “he doesn’t give a fuck if I died in a ditch or got a fucking deadly STD, the way he was fucking around behind my back. That is non-informed consent. He does not get access to me”. That has been something that I don’t see talked about often enough. What he did was beyond the pale on an emotional level, but the very real physical harm he exposed her to, over and over again, is something no sane person would ever be able to forgive. Then to see all of them in a little hate huddle, especially BlahBlah, righteously “dragging” her for not filming? Absolutely disgusting. Those people have stopped living in reality.

There’s an unexpected Bachelor connection in the Miss USA resignation story...

For those unaware, the Miss USA organization has been embroiled in controversy. Miss USA 2023, Noelia Voigt, unexpectedly stepped down this week, just three months before the end of her reign. This marks the first time since the 1950s that this has happened. She released a statement on Instagram citing mental health reasons ()—But here’s where it gets fishy:

The first letter of each sentence in her statement spells out I AM SILENCED. [Note: The statement ends with "HIP," though its significance remains unclear]. Following Voigt's resignation, the runner-ups have declined to assume the title. There are also Instagram comments from Voigt’s friends saying they are proud of her for staying true to her values.

Prior to stepping down, Voigt revealed that she had been cut off from the Miss USA social media accounts — And who controls them now? None other than Miss USA’s Co-Director and VP of Social Media and Season 14 Bachelorette contestant Jordan Kimball (Becca Kufrin’s season and engaged to Jenna on BIP)! Here's Jordan's video announcing his appointment to VP of Social here is , and it is filled with comments from people outraged, both for Noelia Voigt and that he would want to be a part of an organization that "silences women in the guise of women empowerment."

Today, Miss USA is now run by 50% men. Jordan is now wrapped up in pageantry drama.

Insane to think that her and Scheana profited off of it so much and became absolutely jealous goblins once that well dried up.

I cant be the only person who really wants to see Alyssa Edwards on the give it to me straight show with Maddy Morphosis. I love Alyssa on anything but i can just image her reacting to all the times Maddy would throw shade at her. Shes a teacher , mentor and leaders. The fans and folks at home need this

Seeing him trying to convince Ariana to have a conversation with Tom for the sake of the finale on this show really puts into perspective how much pressure she must have been under and how strong she had to be all season. (And makes me wonder what other women in the show have had to go through over the years, being painted like a bitch because they didn't want to enable bad male behavior or degrade their own boundaries for a show because the men on the cast are assholes).

I love it for Ariana that she is putting herself first. Even before the show. I love it that she's getting opportunities where now she has a bit of "fuck you money" and can say no I'm not being fake for this show.

Sums it up. Moving like a snake just like Rachel, fake apology fake text to Katie, only thinking of herself. And then her and Tom saying she didn’t “move in” but was “couch surfing” WHATEVER way you spin it. They are both gross. Katie deserves so much better.

She communicates with the chef when guests are (or aren't) at the table. Gives ETAs and frequent updates.

Gives chef all guest feedback, with great clarity when they're wanting something more/else.

Entertains/distracts guests quite effectively when they've found something to complain about.

Is on top of staff breaks, checking in wirh each member on their current task status and sending them out for a time, then inserting them back into the action seamlessly.

Notifies deck crew of guest activity that goes into their domain so they're prepared and can take the baton.

-I wish to the highest heavens that Kate could train Fraser (and Tumi, and anyone else donning the stripes) in the mastery of all these very necessary processes and practices that lie in the purview of a chief stew.

Plus maybe knock down some of that bratty BS emanating from them that is unbecoming of the position.

Kate wasn't perfect; she had her own foibles & shortcomings, as do we all. But man, watching her be such a boss at her job and then looking back at Fraser & Tumi.... they're like kids playing dress-up in the presence of grown-up professionals. Sure wish we could get some OG mentoring for the newbies.

these millionaire celebrities cant even follow a fkin theme and their outfits are passable at best....we have queens here making couture dresses that slay a theme, in a matter of hours!!! Why does this happen? Are drag queens more talented that designers even?
