Bed fried chicken

[–]coconutgoat 96 points97 points  (6 children)

This reminded me of the bed fried wontons

[–]Melymeff 7 points8 points  (5 children)

I came here to see if anyone remembers this!! Best episode!

[–]HousePlantPappi 38 points39 points  (0 children)

This one would have to be on the cover

[–]Nightblossom13 19 points20 points  (1 child)

This episode terrified me- A i rarely fry because it stinks the house up, i cant imagine it all the time and in my bedroom

B- INBED??? LIKE on lap that is insane to me.

[–]lowndsjosh 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Oh man they probably love that smell in their room. Imagine if Bath and Bodyworks made a 600lb life edition of Wallflowers...Fried Chicken, Sausage, Pizza & Wings, Cheese Burgers, French Fries...they’d kill it. “The Sweating Onion Rings” Edition

[–]BPaunBye fatty two shoes! 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Okay this legitimately made me laugh out loud. It scared my dogs. 😂

[–]cheeezus_crust 144 points145 points  (8 children)

I’m so down for this...can it feature some of their “healthy” meals? Like a salad with cheese and sour cream in it?

[–]MozzarellaFitzgeraldI have to go potty 82 points83 points  (0 children)

Sad microwaved hotel room burger patty. Boiled chicken and broccoli. Hamburger helper with (gasp) green beans!

[–][deleted] 72 points73 points  (3 children)

Or an orange, for sometimes if im hungry?

[–]613catlady 55 points56 points  (0 children)

Fruit is not part of da diet.

[–]CariBelle25 22 points23 points  (0 children)

It better be a small orange.

[–]abcya05 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Or an apple. Unfortunately fruit is not on the diet. Did you read the diet? Read the diet again.

[–]Juvenile_Bigfoot 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Can the bland meals go here too? I don't remember whose episode it was, but one of them just chopped up a couple yellow squashes and put chicken breast on top of it and baked it, didn't even bother with a single speck of seasoning. I mean I know salt is probably not recommended, but shit they could have put some herbs and lemon on it.

[–]KaptainK72 5 points6 points  (1 child)

Happy cake day! 😊

[–]cheeezus_crust 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thank you so much!

[–]MzOpinion8d 242 points243 points  (2 children)

My contribution will just be water, for all the “water weight” the participants have.

The photo will be a broken scale.

[–]melinator 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Mine, “is a butter a carb?”

These folks have no clue what portion control or which foods are harmful when consumed in excess. Supersized culture has brought us this tv show. Thank you America!

I hope I didn’t offend anyone. Just being honest.

[–]Manderie22 6 points7 points  (0 children)

💀💀💀💀

[–]FuzzyNumNums 94 points95 points  (11 children)

Omg...Penny and her cream cheese wontons. 🤣

[–][deleted] 9 points10 points  (1 child)

I can’t live without wontons

[–]FuzzyNumNums 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Literally the line I think about when I’m debating getting take out and it puts me right off.

[–]bunny-boopx 5 points6 points  (0 children)

What episode was this?

[–]suz2Hello. How y'all doin? 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Penny could be a chapter by herself.

[–]VaginaPoetry 88 points89 points  (14 children)

...Page 6: "Order 2 Large Meatlovers Pizzas, breadsticks and a box of brownies"

Page 7: "McDonalds...lots and lots of McDonalds"

Page 8: "Take canopener and open 5 cans of cold Chef Boyardee Ravioli...don't put into a pan....don't heat. Take fork and consume one after the other."

Page 9: "Mix together ingredients for a meatloaf but do it from your bed"

Page 10 : "REGROLLS!"...

[–]TesseractTooI only cheated a couple of times 36 points37 points  (11 children)

I moved to Australia (from Canada) and can't find Chef Boyardee Ravioli anywhere. Maaan, the thing you don't know you are going to miss. It smells like catfood but it still somehow comforting.

Also Kraft Dinner/Kraft Mac and Cheese is way too sweet here to the point of being gross (and not gross in a good way), I'm gonna have to get someone to send me powdered cheese packets :D

Also I can't find Campbells chicken noodle soup, the plain kind. All the tinned soups have celery and carrot and stuff in them I like it plain and add my own stuff.

Misty watercolour memmmorrriesssss

[–]Melymeff 18 points19 points  (3 children)

My favorite all time unhealthy canned treat; spaghettios plain, with an Oscar Meyer cheese hot dog cut up and microwaved in a coffee mug. Chefs kiss

[–]TesseractTooI only cheated a couple of times 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Never seen cheese hot dogs (mind you I don't think I've bought hot dogs as an adult from a grocery store). I don't know if it's the same elsewhere now but how everything is being gourmet-ized you can get really fancy overdone hot dogs here in Australia in different styles, way overpriced with a ton of toppings, like $18-20 for a stupid hot dog, sides not included.

[–]Pattyham 1 point2 points  (1 child)

OMG when I was pregnant the ONLY thing I craved was cheese hot dogs with only mayo on a white bread bun. Now that sounds SO GROSS but I probably went through a package every week or two!

[–]Melymeff 2 points3 points  (0 children)

lol cheese hot dogs are an abomination but I love them - I eat them in a dark corner of the house away from judgement lol

[–]VaginaPoetry 7 points8 points  (4 children)

That's weird that mac & cheese is different.

I moved from Canada to the US a few years back and I miss the way the groceries in Canada looked. There's definitely a lot of variety here but its the not the same. I miss Smarties and Aero bars too. M&Ms suck bigtime.

[–]TesseractTooI only cheated a couple of times 4 points5 points  (2 children)

Yeah it's funny the differences, especially since US and Canada were so similar, product wise. Like in Canada (and I haven't seen them in Australia), you can't get (or it's really hard to find) graham crackers. Why? :D The city I lived in in Canada was one chosen to try out test products on the public and I loved the variety, but as soon as I really liked something it would disappear, I almost got a paranoid complex about it lol

Australia has a much sweeter palette it seems, so a lot of foods have pumpkin (Kabocha pumpkin) or sweet potato. But since Australia still uses cane sugar not corn syrup in processed foods, that is one of the reasons they are on average much thinner (also it's very rewarding to be outside and active here). One thing that I don't like is the tampons here, they are all the short "OB" style (but different brands) and can pinch and they leak easily. If you really hunt you can find Tampax but they are in stores that specialize in imports and are therefore pretty expensive.

Back to feed though, the US has lower regulations on additives so I think their chocolate is a bit waxier. It's pretty waxy here too I think they do that because of the warmer climate that they don't melt so fast. I haven't found ice chocolate at all here. I lived in the US when I was a kid and M&Ms were a problem for my peanut allergy as they used to use ground peanut in their shells and people just didn't understand allergies or how dangerous they were back then. Smarties are much nicer than M&Ms any day of the week. They have Aero in Australia too (maybe I will get one today hehe).

[–]VaginaPoetry 3 points4 points  (1 child)

So weird how things are different. Can you order things from Amazon that are U.S. based or is the shipping outrageous too? I've shipped things to friends in Toronto from clothing stores here and the shipping gets outrageous...can't imagine what shipping to Australia must cost. Probably easier to get a plane ticket, bring an extra piece of luggage and fill it with stuff. Nothing like a suitcase full of tampax going through customs...lol. There's definitely a difference in the way Americans eat in general. I've noticed that buying good produce is much more expensive here than it was in Canada. I can see why people get overweight here...its just soooo much cheaper to buy shitty food and there's a lot of variety of crap food. I've never seen so many versions of Oreos. And even the foreign take out is sketchy....although I'm sure it doesn't help that I'm in a bad place for international food. I'm in the middle of Ohio. We ordered Chinese food here one night and it was soooooo bad. Canada just had way better, authentic international food. The good thing here is that you can get anything though. It took me a couple months to sort it out but I found multiple local places for organic produce, seafood, meat...and I literally don't have to leave my house to get it...everything comes right to your door. Shopping here is just easy and convenient...there's very little you can't find.
I guess everywhere has its pluses and minuses. I do miss Canada a lot though...its just generally a great place to live. And I hope I get to visit Australia one day.

[–]TesseractTooI only cheated a couple of times 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I could probably order from international but yeah shipping is outrageous. I don't like to support Amazon because they are so cruel to their employees for no reason except Bezos is a money hoarder. So gross.

I though produce was cheaper in the US because of better growing and that the government gives all that tax relief and cost cutting on food. produce here is to die for, there are literal banana trees around and when you compare things like tomatoes that are ripened in the shipping trucks like they get in Canada, the fresh food is amazing. Mangoes straight off the tree and fruits you can't even get anywhere else like the fruit off a philodendron (which I have yet to get a chance to taste, I've been told it's like banana-pineapple). Also the regulations on processed food is much stricter, in Canada and the US, for example I couldn't eat McD's or KFC or others because the preservatives would make me have a painful flare up with my condition but I can eat those things here.

Culturally, Australia is more like the US than Canada but when they assume I'm from the US because of my accent and I say "Canada" they apologise and act glad, I guess people from the US are kind of mean lol.

If you get a chance definitely come, I love the wildlife here :D

[–]bls310 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I can find smarties at my local Asian market! There’s all sorts of fun candy there.

[–]Shellz9999 3 points4 points  (1 child)

Too sweet Kraft Mac n cheese?! No way I could live with that either!! I live off that stuff. Yup; just like when I was a kid! heehee!

[–]TesseractTooI only cheated a couple of times 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah it's very off putting, no wonder it's not popular here

[–]sverre054 82 points83 points  (5 children)

Lupe purse tacos

[–]AshersVoice 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Those freaking purse tacos looked freaking fire though, not gonna lie.

[–]spleenycat 19 points20 points  (3 children)

How did I forget about the purse tacos?! Lupe is my favorite trainwreck

[–]closest 18 points19 points  (0 children)

I'm so unsure about how to feel about Lupe.

There's part of me that says she is a positive example. Since she did lose weight, got the surgery, and continued to lose. Plus she did that with genuinely not being able to walk and needing surgery on her leg, when there are others on the show who just refuse to walk.

But then there's the other side where she got with that obvious feeder guy later. The one she met in California who had a picture of her at 600 pounds on his wall and was basically her caretaker. Apparently he died from kidney failure?

So I wonder if she's getting back in old habits? Still, I can't get over her iconic purse tacos and toilet scene.

[–]KokoPuff78 63 points64 points  (13 children)

How about a so called healthy recipe: unseasoned plain chicken breast with soggy unseasoned vegetables? It seems whenever they start eating healthy they don’t know how to season their food.

[–]jayrose916 27 points28 points  (5 children)

I forget who I was watching the other day, but they just boiled everything, a whole, uncut chicken breast and whatever veggie, no seasoning that I could see, and dumped it all out to eat it like it was soup. But with a fork. Maybe there was broth in there instead of plain water for boiling, but I kind of doubt it. Idk why, but boiled chicken, particularly left in its cooking water, just gives me the creeps.

I feel as though a slow cooker could be of assistance. Pretty portable, simple to use, and if there’s an outlet to plug it in, it can be used anywhere. Even if “we don’t have a kitchen where we’re staying, Dr. Now!”

[–]milan_2_minsk 19 points20 points  (4 children)

I think that was Justin Assanti. He followed de diet for breakfast and lunch and had take out pasta every night for dinner

[–]jayrose916 8 points9 points  (2 children)

Yep! I rewatched the Assanti brothers saga a couple of days ago, and now I remember it was Justin who made this glorious dish lmao. Then wolfed the baked ziti for dinner.

[–]milan_2_minsk 6 points7 points  (1 child)

That baked ziti looked really good to me, NGL

[–]jayrose916 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh, absolutely. Looks like the place they frequent serves some quality pasta dishes, at least!

[–]Halo_skyChips and Crap 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was a good compromise. /s

[–]kitikana 21 points22 points  (3 children)

I watched Bethany's episode last night and god her..... Entirely unseasoned chicken breasts topped with zucchini and yellow squash circles. Baked. She couldn't lose weight because healthy food is too bland. At least get some salt girl.

[–]FckSwagIGotMoxie 13 points14 points  (1 child)

I think Dr. Nows diet limits salt but there are so many salt-free seasoning blends out there that are easy to use... they need nutrition counseling AND cooking classes.

[–]Nightblossom13 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Even like a squeeze of lemon juice ,a fucking HERB even a dash of pepper. Anything, theyre so used to the flavors coming from the processed food/takeout they get they dont know that seasonings exist on their own.

[–]RUfuqingkiddingme 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Lemon juice, garlic, brown it in a pan.

[–]WasHumanToo 10 points11 points  (1 child)

This is where a dietitian could actually be helpful. Instead of marching in and telling a person addicted to food they EVERYTHING they like can not longer be eaten and just providing a list of what not to eat, how about showing someone who wants new ideas how actually to prepare healthful and flavorful food?

One of my biggest beefs with this show is how condescending and impractical the dietitians are.

[–]AffectionateAward918[S] 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I agree. I graduated with my undergrad degree in dietetics and I wish the incorporated more dietitians. Nobody even knows how to read nutrition labels and cook

[–]RUfuqingkiddingme 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I think a lot of the problem is that these people don't know how to cook healthy foods, that's what the nutritionists need to be showing them. They know pizza is bad for them, they don't know how to make things that are good for them.

[–]maroonhaze 57 points58 points  (6 children)

Definitely sausage and gravy biscuits

[–]fabhats 42 points43 points  (4 children)

Yes, but I specifically want Justin’s mom’s waffle biscuits and gravy. Those are a thing of beauty.

[–]rawrbugPut it BACK! 1 point2 points  (3 children)

yesssss

[–]Commercial_hater 1 point2 points  (2 children)

Can I ask which season & episode you got your flair from? I’ve watched most of them but my memory is bad! Thanks😁Edit: was this Lisa in season 7??

[–]rawrbugPut it BACK! 0 points1 point  (1 child)

correct 🤣

[–]Commercial_hater 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Omg wasn’t she horrible😶

[–]RUfuqingkiddingme 3 points4 points  (0 children)

And the many variations therein, but no matter the variation sausage biscuits and gravy is an important part of one's daily breakfast if they want to maintain that 600lb physique.

[–]cupcaikebby 38 points39 points  (1 child)

What I'm noticing from this thread is none of these people got fat because of good ass cooking.

Like... They didn't even have the audacity to become immobile over delicious foods. They're fat because of "couch cheese" whatever tf that is ~barf by the way~.

[–]dustin_pledgeYou buncha bastards! 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Thinking about this- You know how when someone works as a chef or a baker, or even when someone or their spouse is a really good cook, and people say to them ''Wow, this food is amazing! I don't understand how you aren't 500 pounds!''? It seems like one of the common things on the show is that most of these people don't really know how to cook- which is kind of weird, considering how much they love food. Sure, a few of them make things like the infamous tater tot casserole or maybe some bacon & eggs, but they rarely even know how to cook something like a chicken breast or how to make a proper salad.

[–]annihilatress30 pound in one munt 42 points43 points  (1 child)

The caveat is you have to be able to make the recipe sitting in bed, on the couch or recliner, or on a rolling chair. Hygiene is optional.

[–]RedoftheEvilDead 9 points10 points  (0 children)

But you have to make it while wearing medical grade gloves.

[–]elfalkoro 35 points36 points  (5 children)

Listen, I haven’t had refined carbs or dairy in three weeks and when I saw Carrie’s husband pile that cheesy chicken spaghetti on a plate and gingerly lay two breadsticks on the top I wept.

[–]lizardpplarenotreal 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Oh my sweet sweet baby Jesus that sounds incredible

[–]RUfuqingkiddingme 7 points8 points  (1 child)

Who was the one who made her husband a noodle and cheese artery clogging meal while audio of her explaining how her last husband died from obesity and that wasn't going to happen to this one?

[–]elfalkoro 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Oh man, I remember that but I can’t recall who it was.

[–]Manderie22 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Glad to know I wasn’t the only one who wanted some of it 🤣

[–]Jayyne 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That plate looked so damned good

[–]thesphinxistheriddle 32 points33 points  (5 children)

I think the street corn in Samantha’s episode was from a Chili’s order?

[–]Broiledturnip 12 points13 points  (1 child)

CHILIS HAS ELOTES?

[–]Viocell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yep, they call it Mexican Street Corn and it was pretty good

[–]AffectionateAward918[S] 6 points7 points  (2 children)

Why do you think that?

[–]thesphinxistheriddle 16 points17 points  (0 children)

This post called it the "Chili's scene" and looking at all of the things she ordered, they do seem to correspond with Chili's menu items:

https://www.reddit.com/r/My600lbLife/comments/kteedo/samanthas_calorie_count/

[–]MrsKoliverChrishunnn! It's all your fault! 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Kinda looked like a Chili's bag in that scene too

[–]nocluesince1996 25 points26 points  (1 child)

rice, but fried

[–]jesuslovesme69420 13 points14 points  (0 children)

"It's Fried!" Rice

[–][deleted] 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Can I write the forward? “Everyday I wake up is the hardest day of my life. Each step I take brings me immense pain. Showering is too burdensome and I have to stop halfway through to catch my breath. But these savory meals will bring you, your loved ones, and sadly probably your animals brief pleasure”.

[–]cuz_invalid 23 points24 points  (3 children)

I'm not sure I could handle an entire carrot cake in one go, but I'll give it a shot lol

[–]suz2Hello. How y'all doin? 8 points9 points  (1 child)

Loved when she pulled a fork from her hair!

[–]cuz_invalid 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I...I totally missed that part lmao omg!!

[–]RUfuqingkiddingme 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A single layer? No prob.

[–]thatgingerkate 21 points22 points  (15 children)

A can of cold ravioli needs to be in there. I don't remember which episode it was but I always remember someone eating that.

[–]lcl0706 15 points16 points  (5 children)

I can’t stand any kind of pasta in a can & the idea of cold chef boyardee ravioli makes me gag a little

[–]nocontactnotpossible 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I used to love eating cold pasta from the can as a kid and pretending I was scavenging food in the apocalypse lol

[–]_x0sobriquet0x_ 13 points14 points  (3 children)

I had a horrible terrible no good pregnancy in which I could keep fuck all down... cold spaghetti-o's eaten room temp out of the can were one of about four things that didn't make me immediately sick... feta and onions - by the bowl full, teriyaki salmon + tuna sashimi rounded it out. (Yes raw fish in abundance - I was so sick that even my doctor was like fuck it, if it stays down eat it)

[–]butterybutterfly5634 9 points10 points  (1 child)

There should really be a subreddit dedicated to weird food combos called pregnant or high. Also apparently pregnant women really crave sodium because they need it so that explains the feta and why pregnant women love pickles. Plus feta is amazing.

[–]_x0sobriquet0x_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I honestly love this idea!

[–]garden_idol 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I've had horrible pregnancies too. My last one I was the sickest I've ever been and Spaghetti-os were one thing I could keep down. That and buttered noodles. I literally would eat buttered noodles for breakfast every day

[–]BENKACY 10 points11 points  (1 child)

My 23 yo son, who is neither obese or homeless, eats ravioli straight out of the can. I have no idea.

[–]Iseenya_fcknrakin 5 points6 points  (0 children)

My younger siblings eat hotdogs straight from the pack. Always have. They’re now grown adults who are neither obese or homeless and still do it. I want to like everytime I see it.

[–]BowmanTheShowmanBye fatty two shoes! 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Oh this was definitely season 8 and a guy, but I can't remember who. I remember him having 3 cans lined up on the stove, and then inexplicably eating them cold out of the can instead of using the microwave that was RIGHT THERE lol.

[–]mondaynightsucked 2 points3 points  (2 children)

Was it the brothers living in their van?

[–]thatgingerkate 4 points5 points  (1 child)

I don't think so. I remember that they were sitting in a kitchen, opened the can, and just started eating it right out of the can with a spoon. I was just shocked bc they could have just dumped it in a bowl and put it in the microwave. But I'm not positive so it could have been them!

[–]mondaynightsucked 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Oh man. That’s way worse. Part of me was willing to give the homeless guys a break because I mean...you know?

But just popping it open in your fully equipped kitchen? Come on!

[–]Broiledturnip 2 points3 points  (0 children)

On teen mom Leah poured cold soup from the can for her girlses

[–]suz2Hello. How y'all doin? 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Assanti Sr.

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is all I could think of when I saw that episode

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dZN050rzKvk

[–]LithaShadows 16 points17 points  (1 child)

I'll just shove a whole slice of white bread in my mouth in one go.

[–]ringelros 4 points5 points  (0 children)

with one long long long elaborately, precisely manicured fingernail don't forget! keep your pinkie out too!

[–]beeperoony 60 points61 points  (0 children)

There’s something pretty...morbid...about this idea.

[–]ashleyjane88 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Couch cheez it meatloaf.

[–]butyourhonor 15 points16 points  (3 children)

In one episode this woman was talking about how she loves making tater tot casserole, and I’ve been craving it ever since.

[–]BrushHog_12 5 points6 points  (2 children)

I made it two weeks ago. It was pretty tasty.

[–]butyourhonor 2 points3 points  (1 child)

Do you mind sharing the recipe?

[–]BrushHog_12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I searched online until I found a good one. https://dancingthroughtherain.com/easy-tater-tot-casserole/

[–]Jillian59Super 33 points34 points  (2 children)

Lol it's such a great but terrible idea. How about the hamburger patties that Penny made in bed wearing the blue plastic gloves. That was crazy gross. Oh and each casserole would be "serves one".

[–]Adorable-Nerve9822 8 points9 points  (1 child)

Yes!!! Pennys recipes won’t contain any measurements because she can just eyeball how much to use. Then she squirts BBQ sauce on her glove and starts mixing.

[–]Jillian59Super 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Uugggg. It was the most unappetizing mess I have ever seen.

[–][deleted] 37 points38 points  (7 children)

We could have 1000 lb sisters with their pineapple lasagna

[–]CardboardMiceOw mah leg! 32 points33 points  (1 child)

And sodies on the side.

[–][deleted] 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Diet sodies to cancel out each regular sodie

[–]AshersVoice 11 points12 points  (3 children)

Ok now I'm curious, as I haven't watched 1000 lb sisters yet. What is this pineapple lasagna you speak of... cuz I love pineapple.

[–][deleted] 11 points12 points  (2 children)

Basically, Amy took chopped pineapple and delicately placed it on top of her regular old tomato sauce, meat/cheese lasagna. I’m not sure if even the most devoted pineapple fan would want this hahaha

[–]QueenRizla 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Ok I am not totally repulsed, I like pineapple on pizza, so maybe this could be worth a go?

[–]butterybutterfly5634 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That sounds acidic.

[–]legere_iuvabit 13 points14 points  (0 children)

A healthy recipe: Scrambled eggs- but just crack an egg onto a non-stick pan and ruin it with the spatula. No milk. No seasoning. Not even salt.

[–]musickillsthepainxx 9 points10 points  (0 children)

The tater tot thing!!

[–]youmakememadder 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Oh god tater tot casserole though would be way too tempting on bad days🤣

[–]diane01020 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Street corn is yummy! Trader Joe’s has a seasoning “Everything but the Elote” that will give you that flavor. Sooo good.

[–]KaptainK72 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Okay, but can we break it up into sections. Like pre Dr Now vs Post Dr Now. I wanna keep track of the fried food 😂

[–]thegrimweeper7 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Mattress meatloaf.

[–]Harriet_M_WelschPut gravy all over the top 6 points7 points  (0 children)

[–]nautical1776 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Thick gooey pizza. X4. Any pizza as long as you can eat it in bed. Don’t stop till you’re about to puke, or go Roman style and puke then eat more. Yum

[–]Joeybfast 3 points4 points  (0 children)

While me might not be able to do a book we should have a topic , where we share these recipes. And to keep it fresh it should be a new one each week. So people can submit something new each time.

[–]HuMMHallelujah 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That was Chili’s that Samantha ordered, I know that menu too well.

[–]ex-ploreHello. How y'all doin? 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'd like to submit a whole can of biscuits, a bag of sausage patties, all the eggs, bags of candy (peanut butter flavored), and perhaps a bag of Burger King with a touch of danger (remember to be careful with the bag, don't drop it)

[–]KillaCallieOw mah leg! 4 points5 points  (2 children)

[–]Xcatlover83X 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]slipofthedip 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Gallons of sodas!

[–]n0o13No-salad zone 4 points5 points  (1 child)

I've never had Tatet Tot Cassorole either, even though most of my family is Mormon, but I've never been to the Jello Belt.

Love the idea for a cookbook though!

You gotta have Sarah's tater-tot casserole on there

Don’t forget a caloric breakdown. That would be a great eye opener.

I would have a picture of a brain, a record player, and chocolate bar

“There’s this record repeating in my head that says ‘I want chocolate, I want chocolate, I want chocolate’”

It’s funny you say that because I grew up LDS and I don’t think I’ve ever had tater tot casserole in my whole life.. but then again I didn’t live in Utah or Arizona.

I think that they were so used to eating everything deep fried that herbs and spices are unknown to them. 😕

Tommy's 3 cans of cold ravioli

I’m honestly on board if you all want to make a cook book. I think it’d be fun. If everyone adds season/episodes where the foods can be seen I’ll try to get actual recipes together.

An entire bag of Kisses.....but there's a catch. The entire bag must be eaten in 15 seconds. That includes unwrapping each Kiss. Milla did that. It was amazing.

I also a non-Mormon in a predominantly LDS area (Arizona). LDS i feel do more funeral potatoes, and that tater tot casserole in general is more of a Midwest/South thing. Pretty simple recipe though if you want it (you can message me if ya want).

Someone could start a shared Google doc and have everyone start throwing both terrible and terribly delicious things on it!

I always try to do something fun Wednesdays when it comes on, food wise.
