I kind of hate that there’s this stereotype/cliche of film lovers and cinephiles only watching Old Hollywood classics and obscure foreign stories and turning their nose down at Marvel movies and popcorn flicks etc. I’d love to discuss or mutually follow others that love going to all the Marvel movies in theaters or watch the new shows on Disney+ but also are super into artsy movies from like A24 and those other companies I brought up in the title. I also watch quite a bit of horror and some anime films here and there.
