That's weak. Not enough... I got suspended for a game for stepping on the court. This was an intentional through down,that caused a player to need surgery. SMH. COME ON.

STAT is about as useful as a poop flavored lollipop at this point. He has had 3 knee surgeries in the last year and is on a 10 minute restriction every other game and is currently platooning with Kenyon Martin.

He is out of shape, cannot move laterally, make any cuts, and is completely useless out on the court. He turned the ball over 5 times in 11 minutes against the Bobcats and generally looked not even close to be able to play at an NBA level.

The Knicks are so concerned about his knees that they didn't allow him to PRACTICE with Hakeem over the summer. So, the guy can barely even practice at this point.

On ESPN radio yesterday, Charles Barkley said of him, "I like Amar’e as a person, but I don’t see him doing anything in the NBA, to be honest with you. I think he has lost his skill. He lost his talent.”

Stoudemire is complaining he can't get into a rhythm because of his minutes restriction, and the Knicks medical staff is saying they won't allow him to play more than 10 minutes every other game for the near future.

To me this is looking like the end times for STAT. So I have a question that maybe could promote an honest discussion about this. What would happen if STAT was to come out next week and say he's hanging it up? Should he?
