Let's do this! I've never hosted a setlist thread before, but I think I'm ready. Let's have some fun! I'm streaming from UCSD grad housing and the mix sounds great so far :)
LIVEPHISH is streaming this show for 25 dollaridoos, and they are streaming the audio for free on Sirius XM Phish channel. Apparently you can also hang with people in a VR space and stream it like did -- check it: how cool is that!?
We're not trying to save Zelda, but I keep seeing people looking for someone named Link. If you want to help someone on their quest, do so in the DMs please :)

_Terrapin_'s notes while streaming:
-- Fish still using the new sample pad. I love it.
-- Mike's bass bomb in Everything's Right was felt here in San Diego
-- THE LIGHTS are out of this world right now. Perhaps this is the "FULL" setup since the past two shows the light rig was slightly pared down due to the size and weight of the rig
-- They put the first type II jam on a studio record with everything's right, I was expecting a sweet jam here and we certainly got it!
-- new lyrics on ER: na na na's and page helping with the "alright" at the end
-- FISH : yeah; CROWD: wooooooo!
-- MY FRIENDS ARE DANCING ON THE HILLSIDE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN A LONG TIME got the crowd reaction :)
-- Trey and Mike Dancing to turtles while Page hits those phat phat synth bass notes. Is this the same synth he had for the Vaxt set? It is not white. Looks like they are having fun!!
-- The light rig appears to be in FULL FORCE, thank you CK5 WOW
-- MAZED!
-- HOLY SHIT page not taking any prisoners with this B3 solo , trey looking impressed and becoming inspired
-- HIGH ENERGY SHIT MAN! Trey shreddddddding-- tjat was a good maze
-- Love Destiny Unbound. Great Mike tune :)
-- Trey 's new xylophone effect for just a second there. Love that.
-- Another "yeah" big crowd react -- remember, a happy Fish is a happy Phish :) LET HIM HAVE FUN!
-- FUCK yeah FOAM. One of my favorites. LOVE THIS.
-- first "kuroda smile" I've seen this tour. The full light rig is WIDE OPEN and looking so good. CK5 is officially BACK!
-- dancing a samba in my living room with vape pen and Ponto IPA in hand. This is amazing.
-- singing. playing. groove. LOCKED IN. WOW!
-- Uh oh. Fish samples YEAH where the claps are in Stash. Whole crowd chanted "YEAH" on the next one. I am absolutely loving this. Fish looked over at page with a BIG GRIN hahaha
-- Anybody know what the thing that looks like an etch-a-sketch is above the marimba lumina?
-- is that the potential song list on the floor in front of trey? He has had a similar piece of paper there by his pedalboard all 3 shows so far
-- Pretty sure the new LED bar lights are GLP Impression x4 bars The best way I can think of describing it, as far as I can tell, is a butt-ton of these things () attached to the existing light trusses AND behind the band on columns on the stage. The sweeps and work he's doing with the full rig tonight is just bonkers. Light trusses looking like they are intertwining with each other. Just outrageous!!
-- Update in stash jam: just said HOLLLLY SHIT alone watching this stream. The lights. the playing. wow.
-- CK5 made a fish shape with the lights. c'mon now y'all. Can't wait to see that light rig in person
-- Gin coming in hot on the (probably) end slot of this INSANE first set. I'm still processing and this GIN jam hasn't even gone anywhere yet. I'm blown away right now.
-- Great first set. Thanks the comments in here and everyone has been super positive and fun. Great contributions to the conversation. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate that. Much love everyone have a good set break. last night they took a 20 min break so don't take too long scrolling on the ol' porcelain throne.
-- coming in hot with the drawings! Love it! Set I:
SET II NOTES:
-- Here we go! CDT groovin! Great pace
-- MIKE HAS A SCARF ON HERE WEEEEE GOOOOO
-- Trey nearly jumping out of his shoes coming up to the mic, energy levels are HIGH!
-- crowd being treated to a real nice blissful and high energy CDT jam with CK5's lights just washing over everyone and everything, while they shift on more than one rotational axis. Pretty incredible stuff!
-- Here come the synths. Page using all of his experience with synthesis, especially from his most recent album, to add a really spacey, floating, ambient, and just full-of-life warp drive tone.
-- Chris Kuroda pulling out all the stops. Not sure I can totally compute the sheer magnitude of this light rig. So amazing to see the evolution of this moving rig up until now.
-- Cute melody emerging from Trey, sounds like
-- page back on the Rhodes, Fish driving a powerful groove, Mike layin down nice lines. Falling into a driving jam bound to segue into something awesome
-- 20+ minutes into CDT opener. If you're asking: yes. this is still lawn boy. always was.
-- This CDT jam has truly provided a broad range of exceptional soundscapes. Page now switching to his Yamaha Grand and so the major chord bliss will build!
-- Phish Bliss. we are certainly very fortunate, aren't we?
-- Kids just got home, might update less often. But I'm still here watching and listening!
-- OOOOHhHHHHHHhhhhhhhh
-- big red donuts in the lights, gotta love it. Spacey Caspian jam is awesome
-- great transition into Golgi haha awesome
-- ANOTHER Awesome transition into ACDC
-- beautiful. Love this song. cute and feels good! south of the border and over the moon!
-- MIKESS COMIN IN HOT
-- mikes jam going places... absolutely love the funk.
-- silent in the morning! interesting! The question of whether a weekapaug is coming... the tension is thick , but there was no horse before this silent, so this could be a unique pairing!! this is so awesome!
-- THERE IT IS the weekapaug groove coming back from it's short appearance in the Runaway Jim the other night :)
-- well THAT was certainly two sets of phish that just kept on giving. WOW I am flabbergasted. Still processing it all. what a time to be alive :)
-- the walk-on shot is back on the stream, that was cool to see
-- encore time! this is such a beautiful choice. had the cool the down crowd with a choice selection like this. Awesome show y'all. Much love!
-- they are for fuckin real. Cavern coming in on the slot II for encore :)))))))))
-- wow. just wow. so much love for this band and this community. Have a great night folks, I'm going for a walk to help process what I just witnessed.

THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH for the awards and kind words last night. My reddit account was blowin' up with notifications to the point where it just didn't tell me that I got 3 golds until I checked in the morning. To tell you the truth, running the setlist in the engaged and interactive way that I do, it is a bit too much to pay attention to my DMs.
I had a really fun time running the setlist thread in last night. So many positive comments, and just sharing in the groove with all of you. That, along with the phenomenal performance we all watched together, really made my night! I liked it so much that I'm running the setlist thread again tonight!!
Here's the poster for this weekend :)
Once again, LIVEPHISH is streaming the show live for 25 dollaridoos. The Phish channel on XM radio will be streaming the audio (last night they were about 30 seconds behind the live stream, but was soundboard quality. Usually, there are some MXLR streams that are just mirroring the XM radio feed-- not sure how Phish.Inc feels about that.
Here is the streaming-live comments link. I think this is more helpful for desktop users, but YMMV:
I am not here to share streams-- but if someone you know is looking to join a quest to find Zelda with their friend link, please do so in the DMs. I mean DM each other with streams-- not me :)

_terrapin_ 's Set I streaming notes:
-- Weather Issue update: 7:30 eastern there are reports of moving all from lawn into shelter area for incoming thunder storm. Reports are that the storm should cruise through quickly. 7:40 reports of blue skies. No more water in the sky, you might say.
-- awesome TEMPO on this buried alive. Killer opener!
-- "... and feel a little rain" got a smile from Trey and the crowd reaction
-- quick Strange Brew tease from Trey as they enter the jam. He's been teasing that since summer '18 I could have sworn they were gonna do a Cream album for halloween :) Don't get me wrong Kasvot was genius
-- Let's stretch our legs out here on the second song, sounds like they are comfortable and groovin.
-- Great tempo and phenominal playing on this Reba. right as the song starts, Trey says, "Couldn't remember what key that was inReba sink a boulder in the water"
-- wow. Love REBA jams. band and crowd absolutely feelingit
-- hey cool! they're whistling!
-- MFMF , sick! Let's get some evil phish
-- Trey using the mic stand as a slide on the buildup in MFMF, fuckin SICK
-- tension, release, love it!
-- the anticipation of this 555 getting the type II evil treatment, IT's TIME let's GOOOO Y'ALLLLL
-- WOAH fuckin laser beam tone from trey on this 555, that was awesome. Not that jammed out, but always a nice little dark jam with trey on the WOMP WOMP.
-- woohoo, I like KDF. I met a guy at forum '18 that said pre-show, "we're gonna get a KDF tonight. I am doomed to get a KDF at every show I go to." Funny thing is they totally played it. Go back and listen to that KDF though-- type II KDF in the first set. Nothing like it
-- Nice groove on this Jiboo. Fish driving powerfully, but still feels jazzy too... how does he do that!? Amazing.
-- Background vocals still coming out really clean and nice this show, something I really like since they have come back
-- FUNK SIREN ALERT. FUNK SIREN ALERT.
-- that was fun :)
-- laughing laughing ! These guys have a smile across my face this whole week. Love this so much.
-- These guys are so loose and just having so much fun. Keep having fun, you crazy bastards!
-- Trey: "that took a long time to figure out" Fish: "still trying to learn to read lips... face lips... " hahaha did I detect some attitude in his tone? haha love these guys
-- Thread is an awesome tune. I saw they soundchecked it the other day and was excited to hear it. One of my favorites from the new album.
-- playing with my 4yo outside while jamming to this set. Sorry for less stream of concisouness updates tonight haha
-- thanks to for his drawings of Set I:
Set II notes:
-- Listened to More outside and heard this fat tweezer starting and got inside. I know y'all were worried about me there for a second. I'm settling in for this jam... wow!
-- here come the synths and space.... I am LOVING this. I wanna live in pages synthesizer
-- Mike laying down some solid lines that are supporting a deeper dive driven by these laid-back, jazzy drums. Trey having fun with the sustain, feedback, and whammy bar
-- just shed a tear talking about CK5s new lights to my SO and how excited I am to see the rig in person hahahah
-- this tweezer is delivering THE FUNK ... I FUCKIN LOVE THIS
-- Mike's bassline right now is just dripping in the funk and I fucking love it. meanwhile, Trey just hit a cool melody that he reaches somewhere 15 minutes into the Carini from BGCA 2018.... just yelled out "YES! SO FUCKIN SICK" ... sorry 4yo son watching Ryan's World hehehehe
-- For those of you out there saying it and thinking it: I AGREE. 4.0 is FUCKING AWESOME.
-- FISH's sample board just made my SO crack up (she's not a huge phish fan but tolerates them and my absolute obsession for them) -- this is yet another anecdote that proves that we should let FISH HAVE FUN! and keep hitting that fuckin sample pad whenever he wants!! :)
-- THIS TWEEZER JUST KEEPS DELIVERING AND I AM GROOVIN SO HARD RIGHT NOW. sorry ucsd family grad housing tenants, you getting everything from dark to bliss every night this week!! haha
-- Third night in a row with a 25+ min jam ... we are the most spoiled and fortunate fan base.
-- THERES THAT TWIST yes I am excited
-- Trey gettin REAAAAL jazzy in this twist and I am here for it. Feels like I heard a tease or two but missed it haha
-- Mike's octave divider + digital delay (?) is absolutely blowing my fucking mind right now
-- TREY with the absolutely, so fucking clear as day, LET IT GROW TEASE in the twist. I believe that was a, "hey I heard you thought I played that the other night. Here it is when I'm REALLY hitting it" HOLY shit
-- The twist jam delivered with high energy and segued into this Piper so smoothly I barely noticed it started. They are firing on all cylinders and there's not a lot I can say about it other than Fish is on FIRE and man that PIT looks fun to be in
-- PAGE is just absolutely shredding on Rhodes and synth at the same time and I just fucking love this dude. He has officially sweat through that $200 shirt :)
-- awesome! Farmhouse. I like this damn song I don't care. Just listen-- they are killing it.
-- wow, okay but really Mike on this Farmhouse hitting chords, I am loving this. Forget the farmhouse haters. The crowd wanted to sing, and a cool-off song is very Jerry. Just surrender to the flow, y'all!
-- wow, trey is fuckin feeling this farmhouse. I'm feeling it too. Fish being so gentle and patient.
-- Okay trey is feeling that the crowd needed another cool-down song, one they could sing along and hug their friends. Imagine looking over at your buddy who showed you this band 25 years ago, a tear in their eye . That's happening all over the venue. Young lovers, holding each other in arms, letting go to dance a little harder when the beat comes in. This is beautiful. So glad you all came to waste your time with me tonight!! :) much love
-- haha! trey mouthing "first tube" super clearly holding up 1 finger. Fish: what? Trey yells, "FIRST TUBE" ... oh okay!!! hahaha
-- trey dodging and bobbing his way through so much fucking energy coming back from the crowd. There's a purpose for cool-off songs. This is fucking insane and the pit is erupting jumping on their feet while trey kicks his leg and literally jumps all over the place
-- IDK how the fuck trey just did that with his guitar but I love it
-- jaja FISH with the ripchord. He's like, "trey, we still have an encore or two..." of course they could go all night on a jam like that
- TREY GOLDEN GOD MODE OFFERING HIS LIGHTSABER TO SWEET BABY SATAN FOR THE DEAL HE MADE FOR HIS SOUL SO MANY YEARS AGO
-- SLEEEEEEPING monkey!!
-- this is hard, Page is crying up there y'all :(((((
--- trey fake crying the lyrics I am fucking dying right now hahahahahaha
-- if you want in on the crying joke: listen to 7/23/16 chula vista tour closer. then the sing-along when they came back... the forum 18. that's the history
-- I LOVE THIS FUCKING BAND GODDAMNIT!!!! crying, laughing, grooving, funking,
-- and here comes the tweeeeeeez reprise
-- I had so much fun with you all tonight. Thank you for your fun interaction, the comments, the fun little things that we all notice. With our power combined, we ALL created this setlist thread. When I needed your help, you were there. Thanks and have a wonderful night you crazy folk! :)))))))))
-- once again, happy birthday jerry <3
-- Thanks /u/ Set II:

Thinking about buying tickets to the Friday show next week. I’m a college kid and can only afford the lawn. Will I be able to see the stage from there? Is the sound good? Will there be blankets and people being super territorial? Thanks!

Hi,
I am a new college grad (single, no pet). I recently got a job in Alphraetta and I will be moving down there from NJ. I make about 75k a year. What is a good expectation of housing costs. I aim to keep my montly rent below 1500. I don't mind sharing with a roommate but I don't know where to look for roommates. Any tips and advice is appreciated.
Edit: I see that 1b1b is not very realistic. How about estimates for having roommates?

I bought my ticket to this show on October 5th, about a month before I could buy tickets to the show in my hometown of Boston. The Northeast was the last region in which they announced tour dates, but I'm so happy that they did. April 2nd and 3rd were such amazing nights.
Y'all. This is the BEST. FUCKING. SHOW. EVER.
I'm sitting in my hotel room 40ish mins out of Atlanta, hoping that one day I'll have the chance to return and explore this state. For now, I just can't wait to experience this show for one more (and last) time!!!
If you see someone solo looking somewhat alien tomorrow night, say hi ❤️
A friendly place for sharing info on Alpharetta, GA and the neighboring communities (John's Creek, Ocee, Milton, Roswell, Cumming, etc.)
So I was in Alpharetta to explore the area and look at few homes as I need to relocate to GA this year for work. I am excited to move to warm sunny place. But I felt like people in Alpharetta are not outdoors much, sure you may hike and go places etc. but in all the sub divisions I’ve not seen a single person walking outside or kids playing in the backyard. No one even has patio furniture or grills.
