While I love 1 and 3, I always skipped over 2 because of the bad reputation. But I finally decided to watch it just for the hell of it. At the start, I thought “how bad could it be, it stars Richard Burton and James Earl Jones in suppor?” The plot is unhinged and the acting is stiff and forced; I felt no connection to any aspect of the movie. it’s the antithesis of 1 and 3.

It’s not even “fun” bad or campy, it’s just a painfully wasteful way to spend 2 hours
