Help, I can’t be the only one who finds the tiktok edits of Walker Scobell with sexual songs in the background weird right???
Like I keep seeing them, I don’t look at Percy Jackson stuff on tiktok, I haven’t read the books I have been following the series, but they keep popping up on my fyp and they almost always have some super sexual song in the background. Despite this however I haven’t seen anyone saying anything abt it. I mean sure it’s not awful, but is there really NOBODY else who finds it kinda strange??
I am 16 so I’m around his age and I know they’re for the most part being made by other people around his age, but like he is 15, why are there all these edits of him with freaky songs in the background, it’s off putting and kinda gross. He’s still a kid.

So before the casting of Percy Jackson was announced, I saw The Adam Project, and that's how I was introduced to Walker Scobell. I honestly thought he was excellent in that movie, especially for his young age. He really nailed the sass that his character, young Adam, had. And there was one emotional scene that he had in it and he was really good in that too. Then when the show came out, I watched it and I was honestly alright with him as Percy. Walker is a good actor for his age, and The Adam Project is all the evidence for that (it was his FIRST time acting as well), but I feel like he was a lot more like Percy in that movie than what he was in PJO. I think the dialogue, directing and pacing really held him back from doing his best. This kid has talent - if you havent seen The Adam Project, I suggest you watch it, or watch a scenepack of his character on YT. He was just so good in that movie, and it's kind of a bummer to see how much that went away in PJO. The dialogue and pacing is so watered down that, for me, it holds Walker back from being the Percy he can be. He is so much more like Percy in The Adam Project, AND in real life, so he's obviously capable of capturing Percy's personality well, but unfortunately PJO's kinda just wasted his talent.
I don't want to spark any debates here, I'm not trying to hate on the crew of PJO or Walker, so if you do disagree with me, I don't want to fight anyone.

I cant believe im saying this but what was that! when his literal mother was getting killed in front of him Percy was still as hell, no facial expressions, no crying, like there was no drama. I dont know if its fault of the director or the actor but this threw me off so bad
