Clancy Browns has had a long career in live action and voice acting I prefer him as a voice actor because his voice is made for animation
For his voice work it’s a tie between Mr. Krabs and Lex Luthor Mr. Krabs because of nostalgia Luthor because he’s such a fantastic villain
Live Action I’d say Zim from Starship Troopers because he’s so funny

The way Kregg speaks is subtly awesome to me, there's no venom, no evil. He talks like one soldier to another, business as usual, it's insanely good.
