What is the most important food products to buy? I have $30 and it needs to last me until Friday (I have food today). I dont have access to unlimited potable water. I do have a 24 pack of 16 fl oz water bottles. I have access to a fridge, stove top, and oven. I also have a bottle of NatureMade multivitamins that "expired" a year ago.
Hello everyone, I am currently struggling to cut my costs down for food as I average around $21 a day for food. I have stomach conditions that prevent me from eating meat. Currently my main sources of protein have been greek yogurt, cheese, and protein bars. I need high protein and low calories to help with weight issues due to stomach conditions. Thank you!
