The thing is we would never know because Carti doesn’t address shit. Also all Iggy said was he chose to be at his album release party than with Onyx at Christmas(the day his album released)lol I know people whose parents work during Christmas I feel bad and understand Iggy but it seems like Carti was/is more obsessed and focused with his career than co-parenting with her. Carti is seemingly emotionally absent but that doesn’t mean he’s not involved, in many of his songs he talks about how he bought a new whip for his kid and how he drives around with him in his whip…like bro for someone who is not involved he sure as hell mentions his sons name a lot lol he shouted him out on a Kanye album Carti loves that kid he just don’t love Iggy which is what she’s really pressed about. Iggy this past around Christmas made a post basically in support of baby mama’s, she said “we didn’t ask to be single mothers we all wanted a family but it just didn’t work out”. Iggy is mad/upset at Carti because Carti won’t give her what she wants and what she needs, not because he’s not available as a father she’s low-key low for using Onyx to get at him when that’s not the REAL reason she’s upset at him. She was upset that he was smashing all those models when she wants him and her to be a family unit, and I feel bad for Iggy on the low in that regard but I just don’t think it’s fair to paint a narrative that Carti is not involved at all because I doubt that’s true. Sure he ain’t father of the year but he still tries his best I’m sure
