Yea, he doesn't look like Harrison that much except a few key features, they look different. But alden mandagdes to bring in the charm and personality of Han so damn well. He almost perfectly captures the magic of Harrisons original performance, and I Wouldnt be angry if alden got to play younger versions of old Harrison Ford characters.
If they ever make more indy movies set in the 30s/40s, Alden Would be my go to. Although Harrison has confirmed that there wont be more Indy movies beyond 5.

What do you guys think , what are the chances of seeing him as live action Han anywhere? Sadly , i guess the sequels are out of the question but other material? Maybe as a side character somewhere? I hope that wasn't his only appearance :(

In fact I'd argue even less so. You know, apart from being black, which surely wouldn't be the sole qualifier in the eyes of the Star Wars fanbase. Yet he's been described as perfect casting pretty much from the get go, while the casting of Alden Ehrenreich has been met with overwhelming scepticism and pessimism, based almost entirely on his physical resemblance to the original actor. It's weird. I wonder why that is.
(edit: For the record I think they'll both be great, or at least stand the same chance of being great.)

Absolutely loved his performance, and his character, even though he had no name, and was one of the most captivating for me. I am a massive fan of RDJ but thought he was just good, not incredible, in this character. I also thought Jason Clarke and Benny Safdie were outstanding.
Outside of the people I named above, I would only give a nom to cillian. Emily blunt was good with what she was given, but I have (and continue to) think Nolan isn’t good at writing female characters
