I can turn around this reasoning just as easily, just because you are literally never satisfied with the rewards does it mean that you should whine incessantly and nobody can say anything to you? because you can always beg for more, there is literally no limit to how much free shit they could give, so you could be begging for 2 5* for free every patch and still have the same logic to cry for more, it's nonsensical.

It is absolutely entitlement, Genshin is not a stingy gacha game, genshin puts out more high budget, high effort content than any other gacha game on the market by a long mile, sure they give less primogems, but you also get an entire single player game worth's of open world content that competes with AAA games in terms of quality with CONSTANT updates, no other gacha does that.

It doesn't matter if a gacha gives 400000 free rolls if the gameplay is just you looking at a bunch of tweened chibis to autoplay, its just not comparable, genshin doesnt need to bribe its players, people will play it regardless because the game is good, the content is casual friendly and the powercreep is minimal (so you're not ever forced to roll for the newest character).

As for the qols and bug fixes, we are literally constantly getting those, the main part of their development focus is on making actual game content, but they now have streamlined their process and have been rolling out qol changes every patch, but entitled gamers with no knowleddge of game dev will completely ignore those and still be crying because we're not getting everything fixed instantly while getting insanely big updates every few months. These things take time, they are working on dated engine full of spaghetti code.

For the artifact loadout, most people are bad at video games and don't even have correct mainstats equipped, the system they're rolling out is targetted at those people, the majority of the playerbase. The 4% of the playerbase that actually play abyss would benefit from a proper loadout function, but those people are the (very loud) minority, and therefore not prioritized over the rest of the playerbase.

Just because people respond to your complaints because they are nonsensical and have no regard for reality , doesn't mean that everyone needs to listen to you whine, and it doesnt mean that everyone who disagrees with you is a "shill" or a "white knight". The game has plenty of flaws and room to grow, constructive criticism goes a long way, but this incessant whining and ignoring of all the good that the game gives you just because you watched a clickbait video from a youtuber that is farming outrage is not constructive.
