Just what I came on Reddit to see, excellent work.
What a Great morning it is waking up to this! Good morning from the USA 🇺🇸
I keep waking up hoping it might have dropped a little so I could add another 1000 dollars worth to my account. Sigh...not today!
Put that 1000 in it will hit 100 K in no time!
Exactly this. Don't worry about the dips. Buy when you feel like buying.
Me too! Shared excitement counts double
It's time again to buy high sell low bois.
Buy high.
Smoke some weed.
Sell higher
If I study high, and take the test high, I'll get a high score
How High 👏
10-9-8-7-6-5-4..3-2-Murder 1, Bitcoin at your door
sound logic
This IS the way! Buy high, sell Higher. Or HIgher, or HIGher, or HIGHEr or don't sell at all and just purchase something nice with it when its HIGHER!
Buy high.... Never sell
Buy high; sell? No.
Bought while high. Did I win?!

The innocence can never last
100 Satoshi = 6 Cent
Holy shit
Soon 1 sat = 1 cent
Satoshi chose a Max supply of 21 mil bc back then the total money supply was 21 trill. I thought cool, that's neat. Then I realized that a bitcoin has 100 mill satoshis, which is arguably a weird number of zeros for. Then it struck me, ffffff this mofo has been planning 1 sat = 1 cent all along!
Congrats Satoshi-sensei
Honestly, when that happens, we need to add more decimal places so we can stream money better.
Honest question - can they upgrade the network to make Bitcoin more divisible in the future?
Yes, it would be an easy upgrade that would probably have mass adoption.
Everyone in the space wants BTC on the LN to be able to stream fractions of a penny. Imagine reading articles and paying 0.0000001 dollar for every 5 seconds you read. ADs would go away quickly... or imagine getting paid 0.0001 dollar for every second you watch an ad.
If they pay me that in BTC, I’d say “where are these ads i must watch?”
Ive been reading about LN for so many years, serious question, if its not yet adopted what makes you think itll ever be?
soon 1 sat > 1 usd
Soon 1 sat > 1 btc (today)
Lol
transaction fee currently is 100 Satoshi per byte...
Only if you had some need to get on the next block right now.
Minor purchases can:
A) Be done on LN
B) Bid a lower amount and confirm during lower demand times.
The world doesn't need to record petty purchases for all time. Though, if you want to rush to the front of the line, you can.
Not unlike the express pass at amusement parks, actually.
Our little Ponzi scheme just keeps going up.

Too bad he doesn't have an active twitter. I wonder why hahaha
Shh. Don't tell anyone
huh, almost like no one who invested in Bitcoin has lost money
“He bought at 50k and sold at 40k only to buy in again at 60k, day traders hate him!”
The fact that there are consistent corrections is, I think, evidence that it’s not a Ponzi scheme. To my knowledge, those have no real downticks.
Only if you HODL!
I bought my first $100 worth and it immediately dropped 15%... but now it's back again.
Nooooo.
They told me bitcoin was going to zero.
Why is there a 6 in front of all those zeros ?
🚀🚀🚀
Goal locked and loaded at 69420
Before 4/20 or it doesn't count
*Wakes up this morning. Sees the price at 60,000+
Woo! Just gained 16 usd on my 200,000 sats!
You know you want 300,000.
One day people will look back at this day and think the people who bought bitcoin at 60K were lucky because they bought it so early.
this
is
GENTLEMEN.
SPARTA!!!
Fun fact:
60 000 is actually very close to 50 000 EUR and there is a huge EUR wall at 50k. Two mayor psychological hurdles to take. After that, it's an obvious clear path to the moon.
We hit 50k EUR! Let’s go!
£42,800... still a bit to go for us brits!
We heard $50K was a huge barrier and it breezed past that.
autopilot to the mooon
It hit that already
What happened today ? BTC price increasing like mad and all cryptos in general !! What am I missing
The train🚂🚂🚂🚂
choo choo motherfucker!🚂🚂🚂🚂
I never missed the train man. Just asking the reason . I am holding till It hits 100 i by year end
Stimulus checks I guess.
I would guess that it might be investors buying before the consumers get their stimi and cause a bump. But I don't know.
Then what? Selling for massively depreciating fiat?
People started getting their stimmy checks
Right got mine today then checked coinbase for a dip but see it break 60k. I'll take that.
They really start getting 1400?
Mine is pending in my bank account for the 17th
How do you see? I have a large blue bank that built railroads.
With my bank I just click on my checking account and there’s a “scheduled transactions” tab
Yeah, I got mine yesterday around 8pm
Got mine last night and bought in at 56k
People are anticipating all the stimulus check money. Last time they were issued, anyone buying $1300 of bitcoin would have $10k. This week we are going TO THE MOON, baby
That’s insane. Wow hahaha wow.
I love bitcoin.
MicroStrategy bought another $15 million as well.
Bought 2 Btc for about 10k last year. Lets rock 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀....sorry, lets moon 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀
I bought three, and then with sheer skill and consummate ability, I traded them into two!
I bought an Alfa Romeo for 8btc last year and it would be two Ferrari now. Bring it.
This is what I tell myself...you helped adoption.

It's not something the jedi would teach you.
That's another reason why I took my BTC off the exchange and straight to a cold wallet, just to avoid the temptation.
This is the way.
Buy high/sell low, you're living the dream.
I generally go with, sell high, buy higher.
Also a popular strategy.

Super sad to have absolutely zero family members take my advice to buy big last year. Pounding the table for months. Looks like I'll have to support the whole clan by myself. Getting rich this way is lonely.
Try telling that story for eight years and nobody listening.
Practically begging people to just put a little skin in the game, 3 or 4 or 500 bucks I'd tell them, what could it hurt? The potential I'd preach.
No-one could be convinced or just inaction, idk. Now? I get texts at all the major price points from them asking if I'm still in... Lol! YES.
I listened to my hipster nephew about Bitcoin about 6 years ago... and held because I never needed to /cared enough to sell; he’s my favourite nephew now! 😂
Sad thing some of them might be hoping your answer is "No". ("at least we're both missing out, i.e I'm not the only idiot")
You're the only one with big brain.
Get it playa
100 MILLION IN BITCOIN SHORTS WIPED OUT THIS MORNING!

I love that it closed that minute on exactly $60,000
That cat is so fucking cute
I had 12 bucks in btc a few months back. Now it's 33 or something 🤣🚀🚀🚀🚀
I bought $100 in btc at the end of January, now it's $136. I should probably yolo some real money into it.

Equivalent to a 20% deposit on a $300K house!
Or... Hear me out.... A 10% deposit on a $600k house.
Are you sitting down yet?
How about a 5% deposit on a $1.2MM house!!!
20% means you don't have to pay Primary Mortgage Insurance, which means you aren't just throwing money away b/c you don't have enough equity. PMI really messes things up for a profitable sale any time in the near future. "Jumbo" loans (over 700k) tend to need more than 5% down, reason being it's much harder to sell a house over 700k b/c there are a lot fewer people buying them.
Was waiting for the drop to fill my $55K order last night. Ended up buying at $58k. What I learned?
Stop watching Pornhub and buy when you have the chance.
I miss doing this every $1000

That’s awesome. I just put in 1000 at 61400. Made a fat 4 bucks so far!
I have one bitcoin I bought at 4,000. I'm so proud of it. Obviously EVERYONE wishes they bought as much as they could when it was extremely low, but hey if you have ANY, good for you.
We can't turn back time but if we could, we'd all be god damn millionaires.
JUST WOKE UP TO THIS....
AMAZE-BALLS
I've made 2500 pounds from bitcoin so far, it's not that impressive but I'm hoping in a few years I can pay my student loan back
Made a whole 8 dollars so fair wish me luck hold

I'm about to become a proper Landlord this year lol
Careful what you wish for
Hm? There is no better "job" in 2021 than being a Landlord. Real Estate is a money-making machine, always will be.
I lost $65,000 in property value this year alone and I’m underwater by $100/mo on my rental.
Bought in 2016.
Please explain how this is good
"The more things you own, the more they own you."
My dad about being a landlord. Maintenance, renters who trashed the place etc.
In that regard, Bitcoin is much better lol
Except when there's a moratorium on evicting tenants that don't pay rent.
Wow.... so weird how it exploded overnight like that. Does anyone have a theory why we'd see such price action overnight? Even if its Asia why would Asia wait until Saturday morning to buy it up?
So Bill Gates just closed his shorts?
Creamed* his shorts
Liquidated.

Kinda funny you just tossed $200 to be fair.
You gave up that easily on $200? Money basically tested you and you failed the test. Now money ain't come around no more
Kinda funny that you thought $200 isn't a lot of money lol
Very silly

Be thankful that bitcoin had (have) a visionary team of devs that acknowledge the value of ASIC mining in contrast to other coins that prefer GPU mining instead
