Dude led an interesting life, no matter what you think of his legacy. I would have cast a young George C Scott. Don't know who would play him today. Maybe Tom Hardy?
Bronco Nagurski - Jason Segel Sid Luckman - Mark Ruffalo Red Grange - Vin Diesel Tom Waddle - Jeremy Renner Dick Butkus - Nick Offerman
Any other ideas?

With today's win over the Cleveland Browns, where he won his first game as a coach, Belichick notched his 324th career win as an NFL Head Coach, tying Bears legend George Halas.
Belichick stands 23 career wins behind Don Shula (347) for the most head coaching wins in NFL history.
The NFL today is almost like a different game compared to the way it was played back in the day. The players were often bloody and muddy, the quarterbacks weren’t treated like fragile primadonnas, and the logos and lore were legendary. If you are nostalgic for the Gridiron greatness of the past, this sub is for you.

Coincidentally, Belichick's first win as a head coach in 1991 came as head coach of the Cleveland Browns against his current team, the New England Patriots.
I was looking at some of the coaching stats, and Halas has the highest number of wins(not sure why we consider this instead of win percentage, but I digress). But his win percentage is not the highest, but has 31 ties, second guy is 22. Especially, in the NFL, this ain’t soccer.
Probably doesn't make a difference but just curious if they are part owners or if it was all given to his sister and now her kids.
