I hope the main event really is a “wow” like Dana said. This card is great but right now it looks like a “stacked card+” to me and not quite the same tier as 100/200 were. Happy for Petr Yan though and will be rooting for him post-transition to become the first 2 gender champion.

Its going to be either Islam (LW) v Leon (WW) or Izzy v Poatan (LHW).

It is obviously going to be a title fight, so lets look at title holders. Jones (HW) is injured, Aspinall (Interim HW) won’t fight any other than Jones, Dricus (MW) just fought and will probably be rematching Sean at some point later in the future, Volk (FW) is already fighting on 298, O’Malley (BW) is already fighting on 299, and I don’t think Flyweight has the audience to be the main event for 300.

Its simple logic boys and girls. Either Islam v Leon or Izzy v Poatan.

This card looks like they just waited way too long to put the fights they wanted together and kept saying to themselves “it will all work itself out eventually” and then they ran out of time and had to throw together whatever was the best they could in a short amount of time. The main event not even being done less than 10 weeks out from what is supposed to be your biggest card of all time is crazy.

I'm always concerned when a fighter that I like is fighting at 3 rounds instead of their usual 5. I feel like part of the down slide of previous Champs is spending their championship reign adjusting to 5 round fights then getting into 3 round brawls where they can't use their experience and cardio to win it back. I know Charles doesn't often go the distance but it still worries me
