Don't understand the lack of hype for her? She is honestly one of the draggiest people, and is so much fun to watch. Her producer diva antics, being the root of the jantasy, horny glow-up and amazing impressions, surely should garnish her more love and support than that which she currently receives?

I think she is absolutely stunning, and a real contender. I'm just happy we get to see her again, and hope she gets a fair showing (can't wait for her snatch game and the musical).

What do you call it, when someone pretends to apologize, but really they are blaming someone else? I’ve seen it happen in real life, too, but I have no name for it. Help me out here.

For me, this episode struck that difficult balance of clearly produced and planned, yet also engaging, entertaining, and with a desirable outcome.

First of all, that twink was blatantly just grabbing whichever ball he was supposed to. (Edit: apparently his name is Callix and the term twink is a contested descriptor) I was laughing out loud seeing him openly stare into the basket and even sort through the balls to find the right one. While some might dislike the fact that the order was clearly planned, I personally loved it. I love that they gave us the “Daya beats Jasmine” storyline right away (which is only possible with Daya picking the song… which they ensured by not telling that part of the rules until after Jasmine had chosen her opponent).

I don’t think that everything went according to plan for the producers. The main example was that Angeria save in the lip sync against Jasmine, which I feel was pretty obviously not her win. However, as a viewer I accepted the rigga morris because I did not want Angie to go. Plus, doing it this way allows Jasmine to leave with her head held high, because the majority of viewers (whether they agree with production’s choices or not) can see that she won that lip sync.

Finally, the choice of the final LSFYL song (which I assume the queens knew in advance) was fantastic. It seemed chosen perfectly as something that would still get a great performance out of Jasmine, but that a number of other girls could beat her at. I’ve seen mixed opinions on whether Bosco or Jasmine won that last round, but based on what I saw I think Bosco earned the win.

And through it all, Mama Ru continually stated that it was “fate” that had made all the decisions that night, which I found to be a blatant tongue-in-cheek nod to the obvious production of the episode. She invites us to suspend our disbelief and laugh at the parody we are watching.

To top everything off: no one came off looking bad. Jasmine went home, but killed every performance and had a smile on her face to the very end; Bosco lip synced three times but gets the validation of having sent home Jasmine… The only person who doesn’t look great (IMO) is Angie because she was clearly carried, but her strong track record and popularity make her forgivable and, honestly, the best queen to be saved by production.

TL; DR: this was a well-produced episode. The fact that there was riggory added to the storylines and was fun to watch.
