Every time I click on the Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 offer, it ALWAYS gives me zero points! It NEVER gives me five points like it says! Is the offer broken?! Why can't I ever get any points by clicking on it?!

Hi, I just started using PSE8 and am really struggling with the interface - I have a problem distinguishing between images and words (my dyslexia is caused by a problem in registering depth and colour), I am finding the grey interface really difficult and hard to process.
Also, I can't read long amounts of texts without getting a headache or confused, so am struggling with the support pdf.
I was wondering if anyone had any tips on how to change the way the program looks to make it easier to see and use or any good websites that have good videos or simple explanations.
I would be really grateful for any help, as am finding it very difficult!
Thank you!

So I asked my parents for a copy of Photoshop with my negative scanner for Christmas, unaware that the scanner came with Elements 11. I was hoping for CS6, but they got me Elements 13, and dumb me installed and registered that one instead of saying "oh hey, you can return this one since I didn't know the scanner came with it already."
I would sell it, but I'm not sure about Adobe's resale policy (plus it says not for resale right on the disc) and I don't want to get in trouble with them. PLUS, I figure maybe one of you guys might be down on your luck or something and I'd like to lend a helping hand.
The discs included are the PC and Mac version, and the activation code. It's just in a little plastic sleeve with no manual.
Write why you might want it, and post a picture of your work if you can. I need to get ready for work, so I will pick a person tomorrow around noon, PST. I'm posting this from my tablet so I apologize for any errors.

Granted I've not done an extensive search but I'm looking for a good source to get Photoshop assets. Specifically I'm looking for one that makes an image look like an old VHS tape. I started using the FinalCut filter and snapping shots from there but it's kind of a round the bout way to get at the final product. It's just a personal experimental project. I'd prefer to use a legitimate site as opposed to one of the endless array of "free" photoshop sites that are littered with junk.
Hope this is the right place to ask. Happy to just take a PM if we're not allowed to recommend sites. Or, delete me, but if you know somewhere to go please let me know!
Thanks.
