Today, my Hokies play #19 UVA at 2:00 pm, which should be an intriguing rivalry matchup for the average viewer. However, this game has been relegated to ACCNX, which will most surely have the game blacked out in my area as always. It would be one thing if there were another game being broadcasted in this time slot, but nope, they’re showing “The Best of Packer and Durham” and “The Bowden Dynasty” at 2 and 3. They really think more people are gonna watch that shit when there are basketball games on all day? This isn’t an uncommon occurrence and this channel can suck my dick. I’d rather have Raycom bc at least I could watch games on TV and not have to search for a site streaming it that ends up being super laggy. Just give me basketball please.
TL;DR: ACCN is showing random shows over actual ACC basketball games.
Edit: So it seems when this is the case the games are usually on local Fox or NBC channels due to weird contracts and broadcasting rights stuff, but ESPN sure as hell won’t tell you that.
