This series is intended to spark discussion about some of the most highly touted prospects headed into the 2016 NFL draft. One prospect will be presented every day until the draft begins on April 28th. Today's prospect: Baylor DT Andrew Billings.
Billings' sheer strength sets him apart in a class loaded with DL talent. He anchors well and shows incredible drive at times upfield, showing stout play against the run and as a pass-rusher and the ability to power through double-teams. While his pro position by most standards is NT, he has enough quickness to couple with his strength to play in a 4-3 or 3-4 front.
Scouting reports:
Dane Brugler
Andrew Kipp
Matt Waldman/Brandon Thorn
Lance Zierlein
So, what are your thoughts? Is he going to become a star? Be a bust? Who do you think drafts him? Do you hope it's your team?
