Ubisoft sent me a mail regarding that my free trial would end soon, and I have canceled my subscription before the end of the free trial. In this mail, UbiSoft told me that if I don't cancel my subscription, then they will charge me. So, I did that, I cancelled my subscription before the end of the free trial, however, Ubisoft still took that amount of money on the 18th. I already wrote to them on that day, at the , but still haven't heard of them since. How can I reach out to them to get this thing sorted out? I need this money back, as soon as possible.
Update 1 (01/03/2024): I have posted a ticket through their site, tried to contact them through several mails, but nothing happened so far from Ubisoft's side (or at least, I haven't seen any response from them). I also asked for a refund through paypal, but nothing happened, so yesterday, I raised the claim to paypal.
Update 2 (01/04/2024): I got a mail six hours ago that I have resubscribed. Wtf is going on here? I haven’t even touched my account, or go anywhere near Ubisoft’s site!
Update 3 (01/08/2024): Finally!
I got refunded during the weekend. Ubisoft haven't responded to any of my tickets (which is a bit unprofessional IMO), they just sent a refund confirmation mail. (Paypal also sent me a mail that the case has been closed in my favor.)
One last thing to note here based on 's comment: Make sure that you check your account after being refunded. There, you should see a 'cancelled' status at your Rocksmith+ subscription.
