Released on November 27th, 1970 (Nov 30 in Britain) - George Harrison's All Things Must Pass was his third solo effort (first as an ex-Beatle).
The album saw near instant critical acclaim and 3 weeks after release, the album would be certified gold in the U.S. (certified 6x Platinum in 2001). It would be regarded as one of the best and most successful solo albums of any former Beatle and was the 33rd best selling album of the 1970s
Over the years, the album has been celebrated with 30th, 40th and 50th anniversary editions.
Released as singles - What Is Life and My Sweet Lord would become some of Harrison's biggest songs on an international scale.
