I got a R15/4090 for nearly 1 year, the premium support expires in a week. I couldn't get a discount from sales but I was able to spread my payments at 0% via PayPal for one year extension. I didn't have any issues except the PSU experienced no power two months ago, they replaced it next day by a tech on site.

Going to be doing some repasting as my desktop and my wifes desktop are both approaching 5 years and not hitting the temps they used to. Figured while I was at it, I might go ahead and repaste my new m16 R2. I've done laptops before and had great results (and, yes, I'm familiar with the different pastes and pump-out effect). However, before I do so, I wanted to make sure it doesn't use Element 31 as I know Alienware/Dell isn't fond of you doing so when that's in use.
The x16, m18 and m16 R1 all advertise Element 31, but the m16 R2 does not. I can't find it on the spec sheet or press releases. In the teardown pictures on their support pages, it looks like standard paste is being used but that can be generic.
Anyone know if they use Element 31 for the m16 R2 or better yet, has anyone tackled a repaste of one yet?
