Sims say yes, and without a weather-boost too. Won't attempt that personally though. In snow steels (i.e. Metagross) and ices are your best bets, in rain - electrics and waters, in partly cloudy - rocks seem to do the job.
Aggron is always assumed top counter. These graphics for the strange people who do not have six aggrons.
seeing steel Dialga feels so weird, I assume it comes from great defenses mostly as DPS isn't stellar?
