My plan is to immediately make a compact build with the AMD Ryzen 9 3900X and the ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3 motherboard, and if that works great, when the AMD Ryzen 9 3950X is released I'll make another, bigger, build with the AMD Ryzen 9 3950X and ASRock X570 Aqua. This is mainly for development purposes on compile-time heavy languages such as Rust, although I occasionally do Golang.
I must stress that I want to make really compact build. Budget is not really an issue, but I don't want to waste money for no reason on things like RGB (sorry, if this offends you) and making the system look pretty.
Questions for AMD Ryzen 9 3900X build:
-
What other X570 motherboards support Thunderbolt 3 (certified) aside from the ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3?
-
I am confused about the cooler situation with the ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3. To make matters super simple, what cooler shall I purchase? Please suggest a specific product or a direct link would be even better. I appreciate it, thank you.

Will the AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT 50th Anniversary or the AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT fit into a ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3?
-
Can I output video from the Thunderbolt 3 port on the ASRock X570 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB3 to my monitor that supports video-in via USB-C?

What's the most powerful aftermarket AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT card, from my searching it seems that ASUS Radeon RX 5700 XT ROG STRIX OC 8GB GDDR6 PCIe 4.0 Graphics Card, 7nm RDNA, 2560 Streams, 1770MHz GPU, 2035MHz Boost is the most powerful one, is that correct? Apparently the latter card supports a Maximum Digital Resolution of 7680x4320 @ 60Hz (8K UHD).
Build details:
The board support "1 Hyper M.2 (PCIe Gen4 x4)" that is why I am getting a 2TB drive.
Please don't ask me to go Intel, it won't happen.
