My company has a subscription to Adobe Stock, and while searching for stock images today, I noticed that many of them are AI-generated. I’m puzzled as to why this is allowed on a paid stock photography site. Although I fully support AI in simplifying mundane job tasks, incorporating AI-generated images in this context seems inappropriate. With tools like Midjourney or DALL-E, creating this type of content is straightforward. Why then are these images featured on a stock site? Are designers genuinely paying for AI-generated images outside of the tools used to create them?
Note: I am aware that you can filter these out.

Have you guys ever used audio tracks from Adobe stock?.
I found very good pieces of music there. I am subscribed to the adobe suite including Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects and I'm not sure if my sub includes music from Adobe Library.
Let's say I pay extra for music is it good idea using their tracks on my YT videos?.

I do Presswork mainly and have lots of photos just laying around on my hard drive that I think would qualify rather well as stock images. however, tagging them just is quite a lot of work and I am questioning if it is still worth the effort.
I have probably around 150-200 pretty good images and a few hundred more that I would not call a perfect photo, but can still do the job.
I do use stock images a lot for my main job, so I think I have a basic understanding of what pictures should perform well. however, how do you guys find out what kind of stuff is currently in high demand and maybe you have some tips on how to tag and title pictures ideally, so I can maximize my exposition.

This isn't a how soon does it come to video post - but rather, a discussion. (And yes, I'm sick of the "it's going to take our jobs" posts.)
Some discussion points/thoughts:
-
Given the genie can never be put back in the bottle - and legislators are woefully uninformed around these issues, how would you approach/fix/address this?
-
Do you think we'll start creating copyright to prompts?
-
How about something that was generated from AI, but then later altered by an artist?
-
What about an artist that codes?
-
Do you see any parallels with genres of music that sample beats?
-
How soon before someone puts a shit-ton of images up on Adobe Stock via a script/process (giving adobe the largest library out there)

I have 100+ Adobe stock tokens that I need to use before cancelling my subscription, and I'd rather they get used by y'all than for Adobe to purely profit off of my dumb mistake.

Edit #1: may be it was not clear in my title. I was not mentioning about the images only which I use out of the 3 image credits which I get every month. I am mentioning about all the 3 images which I get every month. No matter if I use those credits or not, I have paid for it. So it should be available even when I cancel the membership.
