The Orioles have gone 45-32 (.584) since Adley Rutschman was called up. They still have three of the top 15 minor league prospects in all of baseball (Gunnar Henderson, Grayson Rodriguez, Jackson Holliday)

Gunnar Henderson - #2 overall

Grayson Rodriguez - #4 overall

Jackson Holliday - #14 overall

This also does not include three other top 100 prospects including Colton Howser (#44), Jordan Westberg (#80), and DL Hall (#92).

We could legit see the Orioles in three years as an absolute force in the AL for years to come.

Is it just me or is Jackson Holliday being #14 overall, before having a professional at bat, seem a bit high?

Maybe his tools are that good but I’d like to see some at bats against more steady competition.

Edit: Keith Law has him at 42 for reference

They put all the top high schoolers high in these rankings. Druw Jones is above him actually

not going to comment on whether he should be that high or not cause I don't know shit about prospects, but he's played a bit of rookie ball, does that not count?

MLB.com has always done this with recent draftees. They always rank them rather high, compared to other outlets.

He has a .921 OPS in 3 rookie ball games, the dude is obviously a stud lol.

They NEED to sign an ace. A group of promising young guys is great but I always feel like those staffs need one big dude to complete the staff

Rodon, Gray-Rod, Means, DL Hall, and then someone else sounds like a fun rotation eh?

It’s obviously projecting a few years out, but if Grayson Rodriguez is everything he’s supposed to be, he could be that guy. Dude’s in AAA at 22 and he’s got a 2.09 ERA, 1.66 FIP, 12.86 K/9 and .84 WHIP in 11 starts.

Might have to wait for that ace. And it might come via trade.

This upcoming FA has one "ace" like pitcher in Rodon. If he finishes the year healthy, and continues to impress, I expect a bit of a bidding war for his services. I actually think the Giants would sign him if the above happens.

They need more than that, all their starting pitchers are bad.

Plus they'll have John Means back sometime next year. I think he'll continue to be great.

Half of the O's top 10 are already in AAA or have made their debut. They're good now, gonna be nasty next year.
