… it has officially the most disturbing and horrifying scene I have ever seen. When the doctors drilled into Dane DeHaan’s character’s teeth, not only did I physically try to become a part of the upholstery of my chair, but sounds I didn’t know I could produce escaped my mouth – shrieking sounds, sounds I hope I never produce again. So, thank you Mr. Vebrinski, I doubt I will sleep well tonight.
BTW: I really liked it – unsettling, slow brooding and strangely peaceful. It also is the most gorgeously shot movie I’ve seen in a while.
