The one the other PC's know

Shaedove Windwatcher, aka. Shae.  The meaning behind her name is Shae, which means wild or chaos, and dove means heaven, so in her language, she is the Chaos of Heaven.

She is a wild elf from the Swiftwater tribe.  They usually migrate up and down the shores of Copia Lake and the Tyodan River, following fish and game.  Very few members of the Swiftwater tribe are welcome in society.  They have no concept of personal property or space, therefore, are mostly viewed as thieves. Shae is one of the few with a minor understanding of personal property.  Likewise, very few outsiders are allowed to enter Swiftwater’s village, as they get upset when tribe members go through their stuff and take what they want.

She spends her time with her younger sister Krisdove, which means Voice of Heaven.  They are opposites; where Shae will spend days on the hunt, on adventures with her friends, or exploring the wilds, and Kris will spend all her time singing and studying music from around the world.

It is unheard of for wild elves to have children within a few years of each other, so Kris is considered somewhat of a miracle, and Shae treats her as just that.  She does everything she can for her sister, bringing her books from towns and cities she visits.  Spending time in taverns, listing to bards, and writing down the lyrics to music they sing.  Nothing is too good or sometimes too far for Kris.  More than once, she has run from taverns, stores, and other establishments with guards hot on her trail.

She speaks in the third person, which is uncommon, even among her people.  Sometimes she has problems finding the correct words to make people understand her.  Members of her tribe have tried to teach her how to speak correctly, but she can’t grasp the concept and gets very confused when she tries. She does not understand how lies work, so she accepts what people tell her as the truth, just as everything she tells others is true. However, she’s not beyond spinning tall tales to make stories more exciting.

Shae is tall for a wild elf, standing at almost 5’6”.  She has long blonde hair that she tightly keeps tightly bound, so it doesn’t get in the way while hunting.  Her right side, from head to toe, has various tattoos that tell the story of her life if you know how to read them.  Her prized possession is an ivory longbow she carries, carved with leaves and various animals, with a string made of crystal.

The Real One

Shaedove Windwatcher (Shae) is from the Swiftwater Tribe that lives along the shores of Copia Lake and the Tyodan River.  The Swiftwater Tribe migrates a few times yearly to follow the game and fish. They try to live a peaceful life with the others that share the land.  They’ve always preferred to keep the others out of their villages, but sometimes it can’t be avoided, so very few non-Swiftwater are allowed to enter.
