HVAC/AC help HVAC/AC help

Anyone know of a honest and good HVAC/AC person or company. My mom’s AC went out nearly 3 weeks ago and she went through her insurance. The company the insurance sent out has given her the run around this entire time and after all the back and forth said she needs a new unit and it will cost 6k to which the insurance will only cover $300.

It’s ridiculous they took this long in the first place, but an entirely new unit that’s probably not even 5 years old seems very scammy to me.

If anyone knows of a good and reliable person or company in Killeen, please drop a comment.

Thank you

My best friend was murdered in Killeen 5 years ago, and the people involved are still free and roaming the streets. District attorney won’t do anything without someone coming forward with more information. I’m hoping for justice for his parents, sister, wife and 3 wonderful kids.

Renting a House in Killeen Renting a House in Killeen

I'm going to be moving back to Killeen by the end of this year. I plan to move my mom in with me. She's retired and will be helping me with childcare. As I browsed some of the rental companies in Killeen, all of them said that all applicants must make 3 times the rent individually to be approved. Is this a strictly enforced rule? I make more than 3x the rent on my own, but my mom doesn't, and she shouldn't have to because she won't be paying any of the bills. I'm just curious if others have run into this issue when renting.

Also, if you know of any good rental companies or realtors that help renters, drop their names.
