Where did it go? Can we still get it anywhere in NZ? Used to be Countdown, New World, etc stocked it.

If it's gone, are there any alternatives WITHOUT iodine? (too much iodine is a thing).

Preferably Potassium only, but Potassium with Sodium is fine too. No magnesium ideally.

Keto bread options NZ

Been struggling with keto bread options that work for sandwiches, as most tend to be quite dry and work better as toast.

Tried Gerry's low carb bread and it's pretty good.tastes almost like regular bread. They have a couple of versions that are either 1.7 or 2.2 net grams carbs per slice

Personal recommendations for keto meal delivery.

Google has a few options, but hoping for a personal recommendation. Did a quick search in this sub but didn't see anything. I have limited time in the evenings, so am looking for a frozen keto meal subscription (delivery). I'm less fussed about taste and variety, but more interested in value for money. I'm capable of cooking, but for now don't have the time. Thanks in advance.

Anyone got any tips for fat bombs ?

Tried Making them last night and they just taste like peanut butter and cream cheese. I may as well eat them separately.

Will try a few other recipes.

Basically

Cream cheese peanut butter or coconut oil. Maybe a sweeter or keto choc chips.
