Looking to get my first scooter this month and I’m choosing between these two! Been looking up so much about them and I can’t lie the Navi is slower but a lot of people make it look so fun 😂 and I also love the way the Honda pcx looks for a scooter not too big not too small .
Has anyone had any experience with both? Which would you choose and why? Please and thank you guys 👍

I'm tired of relying on others for transport. I live in Maryland, so I'm trying to learn what the best thing is for me. I basically want to know the best thing I can get without a license mostly in terms of speed and longevity.
I know there's scooters, e-bikes, mopeds, etc. I don't really know what I should look into getting that doesn't involve a driver's license. I may be capable of getting a moped permit, but the MD site for that kinda...sucks. There's no indication on what that test is.
I guess the only other things important to me are not being easy to steal and being able to use (motorized thingy) in mild inclement weather.
