Samsung Washer & Smart Things Samsung Washer & Smart Things
Help

So I just got a washer that connects with smart things. I have a question, does the washer always have to stay on in order to be able to operate it through the Smart Things app? I'm a single guy and I don't do much laundry, so I feel that the washer constantly being on is a waste of electricty. Can anyone help on this? I kind of figured it would go into a low energy hibernate mode, but I'm guessing that isn't a thing. Anyways, much help would be appreciated!! Thanks!

Samsung Family Hub/Smart Fridge - Whered my whiteboard widget go? Samsung Family Hub/Smart Fridge - Whered my whiteboard widget go?

We had a fridge update last night and I can't seem to find the whiteboard widget anymore, which is pretty much the main thing we used.. Anyone else experience this or am I the only lucky one?

Edit: I posted the question over to the actual Samsung forums. Waiting to hear back on what might be going on, or what the intention is/was.

Edit 2: Entering day 3 since post, no response from Samsung yet.
