List of games on both PS4 and Xbox One but NOT on PC? List of games on both PS4 and Xbox One but NOT on PC?
Game Discussion

Hi all.

I am looking for days but are unable to find a comprehensive list of games that are on 8th gen consoles like PS4 and Xbox One, but NOT on PC. I am only able to find games exclusive to each console, but not a list of games that are on both, yet not on PC. For reference, am talking about stuff like Red Dead Redemption 2 before it got ported to PC or NBA Live 18.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Game to pick me up on a gloomy day Game to pick me up on a gloomy day
Game Discussion

Hi all, I'm looking for a game to pick me up as I'm feeling a bit low today. I enjoy colorful graphics, nice music, a good story (or none). Don't mind if it's made for children even, haha. Just something sweet and comfy would be nice. Does anything come to mind? Much appreciated! 🌻

Edit: Thanks so much, y'all! I went with a replay of Journey for the evening (because, well, the ultimate comfort lies in the well-known), but I'm super excited to try out your suggestions! Ready to face the gloom for months to come.

Edit 2: Thanks guys, this has become an amazing list! I shall never have a hopeless /playless day in my life ever again!

I'm an easy-difficulty-level player now. I'm an easy-difficulty-level player now.
General Discussion

I'm in my 40s and during this summer (North hemisphere) I've played all five PS3 and PS4 Uncharted games. I still don't own a PS VITA, so I'm still missing one relevant title in the series. The thing is I started the first game years ago in the normal difficulty mode and got stuck at some point near the end of the game and abandoned it. A friend of mine, who I consider to be a real gamer (he's always spent much more time and money in gaming than I ever dreamed of), told me once he always played in the easy mode and I moked him for that. Now it's me who has absolutely enjoyed playing those five jewels thanks to switching difficulty levels. So, yeah, I'm over it now and can enjoy playing again using the little time adulthood leaves without struggling with way-too-hard sections in most games. I'd wish to know the general feeling of the community in this regard. 😊

Do you keep a log of the PS4 games (or those for any console) that you've played through? Do you keep a log of the PS4 games (or those for any console) that you've played through?
General Discussion

I'm not quite sure why the idea never occured to me until January of 2021 but since then I've maintained logs for video games played and movies watched; as lame as this may sound it's oddly satisfying to have the reference at hand. The endeavour has been interesting mainly because it surprises me how more or less time than I think passes between when I've last beaten any given title. If you have the interest I suggest starting to keep track of what you're playing.

Anyone sticking with PS4 and choosing NOT to upgrade to PS5? What are your reasons why? Anyone sticking with PS4 and choosing NOT to upgrade to PS5? What are your reasons why?
General Discussion

I’m not upgrading because I dropped a pretty penny on my PC gaming rig (Core i9 16 core processor, RTX 4070 graphics card, 32GB RAM) which I can play the current popular titles on.

There are also so many games out there on PS4 that I haven’t played yet and a lot of them are dirt cheap preowned at gamestop. I got nice 1080p samsung monitor used for $30 that the PS4 looks amazing on. So for me, there’s absolutely no reason to get a PS5. The only downsides is having to wait for the exclusives (i.e. FF7 rebirth).

Anyone have any other reasons not to upgrade and to just stick with the PS4?
