Hi All,

Just wondering if anyone has experience with the above? Or recommendations of how to treat losing your hair? I'm 39, not pregnant, no children, no family history of female baldness, blood tests for thyroid, hormones, etc came back normal. Had low B12 numbers a couple of years ago, but take regular injections now and numbers are good. Had an ultrasound for PCOS (also have wonky periods) that came back normal, so (thankfully!!) everything seems fine, but my hair is still falling out like crazy. I'm also losing my eyebrows & eyelashes - not a lot left of either. This has been going on for about 5-6 years now.

I don't dye, blow-dry, style my hair, or tie it back tightly. I always brush it very gently, starting from the bottom and working up.

I'm trying to get in with my GP again, but they'e super busy because everyone is so sick, and obviously this isn't important, but I ... I just want answers. I just want it to stop. I've tried reaching out to some dermatologists, but no one will take me without a referral from my GP.

I'm sorry, I know I'm being vain and ridiculous, but does anyone have any ideas on what I can do or try or ask next? Does anyone have any ideas about where to go? Have any of ye gone through something similar?
