I am doing a course on Python data structures and currently doing LinkedLists. I totally understand the idea, however, want to see where LinkedLists are used in real scenarios. Is there any examples where you have used LinkedLists? And most importantly why you used LL not other data structure?
Maybe there are links to open source code on github?

Okay let me just jump into it. Every-time you ask for tips on how to study or blah blah blah about python, all people suggest is don't spend all day " studying ", instead actually try to create something.
And for us new guys it seems like the worst advise because we know nothing, but when u put it to thought Yes. That is the way to actually get the experience in this field.
So here are two things that I want to create~
A website or an app, where you can select different leagues (Football) and then it will show you the teams in that league. You can go through and pick a team, for e.g. Man-City. It will show you all the players the current manager etc. Then you can click on the player, and it shows it's Face obviously and, on the side, it brings the players stats... (such as- goals this season, total goals trophies transfer news etc.)
And a similar website (not an app for this) that shows you how the news impacted the charts ( on forex ) such as Trump had a stand and USD dropped in value. So it will show how it affected each chart, and the " candlesticks " that appeared on the news.
Anyways, no point diving TOO deep into details about these.
But as I said I'm a new guy, yeah, I've finished a few courses created super simple stuff, but I have 0 idea how to create these ideas that I brought forth.
What would you say I do now? How to proceed in creating these, because all people say is create create create
