My partner and I are going to Tirana for unique holiday in January for 4 days. Would appreciate recommendations on where to go, what to do...we're staying in the centre right by Skanderbeg Square.
-Is it safe? Any no go areas? -Things to see recommendations? We're an active couple so not much off limits! I know about the mountain cable car and hiking up there, and BunkArt, but would appreciate some more niche recommendations. -I've heard the wine is good, can anyone recommend a good wine tasting? -Any restaurants/bars you'd recommend? -Also any local tips please!
Thanks in advance all 🇦🇱

I traveled to Tirana, Albania, and stayed there for 5 days. I was so impressed and my expectations were blown out of the water! I highly recommend this as a viable location for lovers of travel! The people were very friendly, the city is vast and clean. I stayed at an airbnb type housing near the main square (Skanderbeg Square), which cost very little.
