Why is it that those who do the most in a days work get paid less than everyone else? Why is it that those who do the most in a days work get paid less than everyone else?
Compensation

I work in a factory, and as the lowest role to play, we get paid fair but without the operators and packagers, this company would be nothing.

Sure supervisors and managers have their responsibilities and they have to take accountability for production, quotas, but if we all stopped doing our jobs, the company would fail. The office staff wouldn’t be out there doing that work.

It just doesn’t make sense to me how you send emails and sit in an office all day and get paid almost twice as much as someone who has to essentially ruin their body to hit the numbers the company needs.
