Posts must be directly Newcastle Utd related – All posts must relate to Newcastle Utd. Posts solely about other clubs, ex-players or irrelevant topics will be removed.
Meta posts about the sub are allowed to an extent.
Free talk threads are exempt from the related to Newcastle rule...obviously.

Zero tolerance for hate speech/trolling/brigading - Blatant Trolling is absolutely not tolerated. Any individual attacks regarding a fellow user or player will be deleted and the user may be banned without warning. The same for users that are clearly not adding to the subreddit and instead are just being a troll.

Abusive and hateful content against users
There is a zero tolerance policy in r/NUFC regarding hateful, offensive, or abusive content or comments whether it be in the sub or comments made in the NUFC discord. This includes but is not limited to: homophobia, sexism, racism, hate speech, and/or personal attacks. Any infraction will result in at minimum a warning, and for more serious infractions bans are likely.

This includes posting to fake streaming websites and/or to news sites that the user is linked too.

Due to a user vote during the initial sub update, some reactionary posts to the game are to be removed..
These are posts that would be better said in the post match thread. An example would be "How awful was Colback?" as the title and "Crap" as the content.
However, if the post contains quality content then it will remain. Each case will be reviewed by the moderators.

Constructive or informative posts from fans of other clubs are welcome. However, if we perceive you're just here to try and start an argument, your posts will be removed. This rule extends to r/NUFC users going on to other subs with malicious intent. Please use r/soccer as a neutral ground for football discussions with fans of other clubs
